dc.description.abstractA 29-year-old man with right temporoparietal acute subdural hematoma (ASDH) after trauma in whom cranial computed tomographic scan demonstrated spontaneous resolution of the hematoma with clinical improvement in 3 hours is presented. Our case is one of the ASDH cases that become early (in 3 hours 15 minutes) spontaneous resolution in the literature. © 2012 Düzce Medical Journal.en_US
