Özet
Perineurioma is a rare benign peripheral nerve sheath tumor of perineural cells. To separate from similar tumors, CD10, EMA positivity and CD34, S100 negativity is important. To distinguish between tumors having similar morphology, immunohistochemical tests and the morphological findings should be evaluated together with. In this study, 30-year old female patient having a soft tissue Perineurioma localized in the deltoid muscle and 66 year-old female patient with intraneural perineurioma localized in the buccal mucosal was presented and differential diagnosis was discussed.
