| dc.description.abstract | Bu araştırmanın amacı, ilkokul, ortaokul ve liselerde görev yapan öğretmen, memur ve hizmetlilerin örgütsel depresyona düzeylerini tespit etmektir. Araştırmanın modeli, mevcut durumu tespit etmeyi amaçladığı için betimsel araştırma yöntemlerinden tarama modelidir. Araştırmanın çalışma gurubunu “Basit Tesadüfi Örnekleme” yöntemi ile belirlenen ve Sinop İlinde ortaokul ve lisede görev yapan 480 öğretmen, 15 memur ve 32 hizmetli olmak üzere toplam 527 kişi oluşturmaktadır. Araştırmada veri toplama aracı olarak Sezer (2011) tarafından geliştirilen ve 42 maddeli tek faktörden oluşan “Örgütsel Depresyon Ölçeği” kullanılmıştır. Araştırma verilerin analizinde, 30’un üzerindeki gruplar için parametrik istatistik tekniklerinden t Testi ve OneWayAnovatesti kullanılmıştır. Araştırmada 30’un altındaki gruplar için ise gibi parametrik olmayan istatistik tekniklerinden Kruskal Wallis-H ve Mann Whitney-U testi kullanılmıştır. Araştırmada; öğretmen, memur ve hizmetlilerin “orta” düzeyde örgütsel depresyon yaşadıkları, buna karşılık en fazla örgütsel depresyona hizmetlilerin, en az örgütsel depresyona ise öğretmenlerin depresyonda kaldığı sonucuna ulaşılmıştır. Ayrıca erkeklerin kadınlara oranla örgütsel depresyonu daha fazla hissettikleri, yaş ilerledikçe çalışanlarda örgütsel depresyonlarını arttığı, bununla birlikte okul türlerine göre örgütsel depresyonda anlamlı fark olmadığı görülmüştür. | en_US |
| dc.description.abstract | This research aims to identify organizational depression levels of teachers, civil servants and servants working at elementary, secondary and high schools. Having a descriptive model design, the research has utilized screening method as it aims to describe a situation existing current. This study hosts a total of 527 individuals -480 teachers, 15 civil servants and 32 servants- who work at elementary, secondary and high schools in the province of Sinop and who were selected by the simple random sampling method. Research data has been collected through “Organizational Depression Scale” developed by Sezer (2011) and consisting of 42 items and one factor. The research data have been analyzed through parametric statistical techniques such as t-test and One Way Anova for the groups over 30, while nonparametric statistical techniques such as Kruskal Wallis-H and Mann Whitney-U test have been used for the groups under 30. Analyses have revealed that teachers, civil servants and servants have experienced "medium level" of organizational depression. Whereas servants have been determined to experience the highest organizational depression, they are teachers who have experienced the least. It has also been noted that men felt much more organizational depression compared to women and that as they grew older, servants’ organizational depression level increased, and there has been no significant difference in organizational depression depending upon school types. | en_US |
