Selective serotonin reuptake inhibitors (SSRI) are the primary medications that have been used recently for the treatment of psychiatric disorders. Paroxetine is one of the medications in the category of SSRI. In the literature, dyskinesia cases related to paroxetine are quite rare in comparison to other movement disorders, and the ones that have been presented are facial dyskinesia. The purpose of this report is to present an involuntary choreiform dyskinesia case that appears in the extremities related to addition of paroxetine on chlorpromazine. To our knowledge, our case, extremity dyskinesia related to paroxetine is the first case that has been observed so far.en_US
