Abstract
Bu çalışma, Bolu Aladağlar Orman Bölge Müdürlüğü Aladağ Orman İşletmesi Şefliği sınırları içerisinde yapılmıştır. Çalışma sahasında sistematik örnekleme metodu ile 0,5x0,5 m2 örnek alınan deneme alanlarından 640 tanesi değerlendirilmiştir. Örnek alanlar GA, GB, GC, GD meşcere tiplerine göre 2 tekrar yapılarak Kuzey ve Güney bakılara göre alanlar seçilmiştir. Vejetasyon dönemi içerisinde 4 farklı zaman diliminde ( Haziran, Temmuz, Ağustos, Eylül) arazi çalışmaları yapılmıştır. Alt tür, varyete, cins ve familya düzeyinde 122 takson belirlenmiştir. Belirlenen 122 takson sistematik örnekleme metoduyla her bir meşcere için farklı aylarda ve bakılarda farklı noktalardan alınmış 80 adet kuadrata düşen taksonların tamamıdır. Takson sayısı açısından en zengin meşcere tipi 84 takson ile GC meşceresi olarak tespit edilmiştir. Sayılan birey sayısı GA ve GD meşcere tipinde daha fazla birey sayılmasına rağmen takson sayısı açısından GC meşceresi daha zengin olduğu tespit edilmiştir.
This study was carried out within the boundaries of Aladağlar Aladağ Forest Enterprise in Bolu. In the study area, 640 of the trial areas with 0,5x0,5 m2 sample were taken by systematic sampling method. Sample areas were selected according to GA, GB, GC, GD stand types and the areas were selected according to north and south aspects. Field studies were conducted in four different periods (June, July, August, September) within vegetation period. 122 taxa were determined at subspecies, variety, genus and family level. The determined 122 taxa are all taxa falling to 80 quadrades taken from different points in different months and aspects for each stand with systematic sampling method. The most rich stand type in terms of taxon number was determined as GC stand with 84 taxa. Although the number of individuals counted more than GA and GD stand types, GC stand was found to be richer in terms of taxa number.
