dc.description.abstractIn this study, a case was analyzed that allows thequestion of sexual identity, sexual orientation and sexuality. Sexualorientation and gender identity were dealt with during the therapy session withthe patient who applied to the clinic due to relational and sexual problemswith her virgin lesbian partner and defined herself as a lesbian. The case hasbeen reconfigured to understand the difference in gender identity and to takesexual position. Accordingly, the relationship psychically defined as a lesbianrelationship has become psychically transsexual (heterosexual) and has led tothe question of the future of the lesbian relationship. In this case analysis,sexual position taking, sexual identity, sexual orientation and sexual behaviorwere examined through lesbian and transsexual relations.
dc.description.abstractBu araştırmada cinsel kimlik, cinsel yönelim vecinsellik alanlarını sorgulama imkânı veren bir vaka analiz edilmiştir. Bakirelezbiyen partneriyle yaşadığı ilişkisel ve cinsel sorunlar nedeniyle kliniğebaşvuran ve kendisini lezbiyen olarak tanımlayan vaka ile gerçekleştirilen terapisürecinde cinsel yönelim ve cinsiyet kimliği ele alınmıştır. Vaka cinsiyetkimliğinde farklılık yaşadığını anlamış ve cinsel pozisyon alma yenidenyapılandırılmıştır. Buna bağlı olarak psişik olarak lezbiyen ilişki olarak tanımladığıilişkisi psişik olarak transseksüel (heteroseksüel) ilişkiye dönüşmüş velezbiyen ilişkinin geleceğini sorgulamaya neden olmuştur. Bu vaka analizindelezbiyen ve transseksüel ilişki üzerinden cinsel pozisyon alma, cinsel kimlik,cinsel yönelim ve cinsel davranış ortaya koyma irdelenmiştir.
