Özet
Karanlık üretim Endüstri 4.0 ile hayatımıza giren bir kavramdır. Karanlık üretim fabrikaların insan gücüne ihtiyaç duymadan üretimin baştan sona makinelerin organize bir şekilde üretimi sağladığı üretim biçimidir. Karanlık üretim diğer üretim şekillerine göre kaliteli, ucuz, hızlı ve daha az israf yapabilecek bir üretimi hedeflemiştir. Şirketlerin bu yeni çağa ayak uydurabilmesi gelişmeleri için çok önemlidir. Tesis planlaması karanlık üretimin doğru, en hızlı şekilde ve maliyeti en aza indirebilmek için dikkat edilmesi gereken konudur. Bu yüzden yapılan bu çalışmada, karanlık üretim yapmak isteyen bir şirketin tesis planlaması için gerekli kriterlerin önceliğinin çok kriterli karar verme yöntemlerinden (ÇKKV) analitik hiyerarşi proses (AHP) yöntemi ile belirlenmesi amaçlanmıştır. Bu çalışmanın hedefi uygulamadan elde edilen sonuçlarla fabrikaların tesis planlaması için önemli etkiye sahip kriterlerin daha öncelikli incelenmesini sağlamaktır.
Lights-Out Manufacturing is a concept that entered our lives with Industry 4.0 Lights-Out Manufacturing is a form of production in which production is ensured by the organized production of machines from beginning to end without the need for manpower of factories. Lights-Out Manufacturing has aimed at a production that is high quality, cheap, fast and less wasteful compared to other forms of production. It is very important for companies to keep up with this new era for their development. Plant planning is an issue that needs to be considered in order to ensure that production is carried out correctly, as quickly as possible and to minimize costs. So, in this study, the production facility for a company that wants to make a dark planning the priority of the necessary criteria for Multi-Criteria Decision Making methods (MCDM) analytical hierarchy process (AHP) method to determine. The aim of this study is to provide a more priority examination of the criteria that have a significant impact on the plant planning of factories with the results obtained from the application.
