Özet
Belediyeler, halkın refah ve mutluğu için çalışan kurumlardır. Spor hizmetleri belediyelerin en önemli görev alanlarından biridir. Okullar belediyelerle spor alanında, farklı yöntemlerle olsa da aynı amaç doğrultusunda çalışmaktadır. Bu araştırmanın amacı; Düzce şehir merkezinde Millî Eğitim Bakanlığı'na bağlı hizmet vermekte olan okullarda görev yapan eğitim çalışanlarının belediye spor hizmetleriyle ilgili beklentilerin neler olduğunu belirlemektir. Araştırmada nitel araştırma yöntemlerinden olgu bilim (fenomenoloji) deseni kullanılmıştır. 2021-2022 eğitim öğretim yılı bahar döneminde amaçlı örneklem metoduyla, üç ortaokul ve üç lise okul müdürü beş ortaokul ve beş lise beden eğitimi öğretmeni olmak üzere toplamda 16 eğitim çalışanı çalışma grubu olarak seçilmiştir. Veri toplamak amacıyla yarı yapılandırılmış bir görüşme formu kullanılmıştır. Katılımcılardan bilgilendirilmiş onam formu alınmıştır. Verilerin değerlendirilmesinde içerik analizi ve betimsel analiz yöntemleri kullanılmıştır. Görüşme esnasında tutulan ses kayıtları deşifre edilerek yazılı metin haline getirilmiştir. Bu metinler, alan uzmanı üç kişi tarafından kodlanmıştır. Araştırmacılar tarafından tekrar okumalar ve değerlendirmeler yapılarak ortak kodlar belirlenmiştir. Elde edilen kodların ana başlıkları olabilecek temalar tespit edilmiştir. Tema ve kodlar tablo haline getirilmiştir. Araştırmanın geçerliliğini güçlendirmek amacıyla tema ve kodları destekleyen ifadelere yer verilmiştir. Sonuç olarak, eğitim çalışanlarının belediyelerden beklentilerinin, tesis ve ekonomik destek başlıkları altında toplandığı ve eğitim çalışanlarının belediyelerin spor hizmetlerinden genel olarak memnun olmadığı belirlenmiştir. Katılımcıların, Düzce Belediyesi'nden beklentileri; her mahallede farklı branşların uygulanabildiği spor tesislerin oluşturulması ve spor alışkanlığı ve spor kültürünü teşvik edecek politikaların belirlenmesi olarak tespit edilmiştir.
Municipalities are institutions that work for the welfare and happiness of the people. Sports services are one of the most important areas of duty of municipalities. Schools work with municipalities in the field of sports for the same purpose, although with different methods. The purpose of this research; is to determine what the expectations of education employees working in schools affiliated with the Ministry of National Education in Düzce City center are regarding municipal sports services. In the research, phenomenology pattern, one of the qualitative research methods, was used. In the spring semester of the 2021-2022 academic year, a total of 16 education employees, including three secondary school and three high school principals, and five secondary school and five high school physical education teachers, were selected as the study group with the purposeful sampling method. A semi-structured interview form was used to collect data. Informed consent forms were obtained from the participants. Content analysis and descriptive analysis methods were used to evaluate the data. The audio recordings kept during the interview were deciphered and turned into written text. These texts were coded by three field experts. Common codes were determined by re-reading and evaluation by the researchers. Themes that could be the main headings of the obtained codes were identified. Themes and codes were tabulated. To strengthen the validity of the research, statements supporting the themes and codes were included. As a result, it has been determined that the expectations of education employees from municipalities are grouped under the headings of facilities and economic support and that education employees are generally dissatisfied with the sports services of municipalities. Expectations of the participants from Düzce Municipality; It has been determined to create sports facilities where different branches can be practiced in each neighborhood and determine policies that will encourage sports habits and sports culture.
