Özet
Bu çalışmada, Düzce Üniversitesi Orman Fakültesi bölümlerinde eğitim gören lisans öğrencilerinin iş sağlığı ve güvenliği (İSG) konularındaki farkındalıklarının belirlenmesi amaçlanmıştır. Bu kapsamda Orman Fakültesi bünyesinde dört farklı bölümde eğitim gören 661 lisans öğrencisi, çalışmanın evrenini oluşturmuştur. %95 güven düzeyi ve %10 hata payına göre 88 lisans öğrencisine ulaşılabilmiştir. Çalışma kapsamında geliştirilen anket formu, katılımcı öğrencilere yüz yüze yöntemle uygulanmıştır. Çalışmada, cinsiyet, yaş, bölüm, barınma şekli ve ailenin gelir durumu gibi demografik faktörler ile katılımcı öğrencilerin İSG konularındaki farkındalıkları analiz edilmiştir. Çalışma sonucunda, katılımcı öğrencilerin eğitim hayatları boyunca acil durum eylem planı ve risk analizi gibi eğitimleri alması gerektikleri ve aldıkları ya da alacakları İSG eğitimlerinin iş hayatında onlara katkılar sağlayacağı belirlenmiştir.
This study aims to determine the awareness of occupational health and safety (OHS) among undergraduate students studying in the departments of the Faculty of Forestry at Düzce University. In this context, 661 undergraduate students from four different departments within the Faculty of Forestry constituted the study population. Based on a 95% confidence level and a 10% margin of error, data was collected from 88 students. The survey developed for the study was administered face-to-face with the participating students. The study analyzed the awareness of OHS topics among the participants, considering demographic factors such as gender, age, department, housing situation, and family income. The results indicate that the participating students must receive training on emergency action plans and risk analysis during their education. The OHS training they have received or will receive will benefit them professionally.
