Özet
Depending on the technological developments, educational activities carried out on the condition of being in the same physical environment have started to be carried out as online without reagarding the location. In online environments, the abilities of managing the process by taking responsibility, self-confidences and positive thoughts towards career future may affect individuals' readiness for learning. Based on this, in this study, self-leadership skill with the assumption of that may be factors affecting readiness for learning and perception about career future were examined within the scope of their effects on online learning readiness. In this study conducted on young university students, who are the labor market actors of the future, quantitative data collection method was used and primary data were collected by questionnaire technique. As a result of the analysis using the SPSS23 package program, it was seen that self-leadership skills and perception of career future have a positive and significant effect on online learning. In addition, self-leadership skills, career future perception and online learning readiness differ according to demographic characteristics.
