Sağlık Yönetimi Bölümü Öğrencilerinde Psikolojik Sermayenin Yaşam Tatmini İle İlişkisi: Düzce Üniversitesi Örneği

dc.description.abstractBu çalışmanın temel amacı, psikolojik sermaye ile yaşam tatminiarasındaki ilişkiyi ortaya koymaktır. Çalışmanın ilk bölümünde; yaşamtatmini ve psikolojik sermayenin tanımı ve gelişimi ile psikolojiksermayenin boyutları olan umut, iyimserlik, esneklik, özyeterlilik üzerineodaklanılmıştır. Araştırmanın diğer bölümünde uygulama kısmına yerverilmiştir. Çalışmanın uygulama kısmında SPSS istatistik paketprogramı kullanılmış olup, verilerin analizinde temel betimsel istatistiklerve regresyon analizi kullanılmıştır. Çalışmada öğrencilerin yaşam tatmindüzeylerini ölçmek amacıyla Diener ve arkadaşları (1985) tarafındangeliştirilen Türkçeye uyarlaması Köker (1991) tarafından yapılan “yaşamtatmini ölçeği”; öğrencilerin psikolojik sermaye düzeylerini ölçmek için iseLuthans ve arkadaşları (2007) tarafından geliştirilen ve Çetin ve Basım(2012) tarafından Türkçeye uyarlaması yapılan "örgütsel psikolojiksermaye anketi" kullanılmıştır. Çalışmanın örneklemini Düzce ilindekilisans öğrenimini gören toplam 134 sağlık yönetimi bölümü öğrencisioluşturmaktadır.Araştırmaya katılan öğrencilerin %58,2’si kadın,%41,8’i erkektir. Katılımcıların ortalama yaşı 20’dir. Sınıflarına göreincelendiğinde ise katılımcıların %51,5’inin 1. sınıf, %48,5’inin ise 2. sınıflisans öğrencisi oldukları görülmektedir. Yapılan analiz sonucundapsikolojik sermayenin alt boyutlarından olan umut ve iyimserlik ileyaşam tatmini arasında anlamlı bir ilişki tespit edilmiştir. Ayrıca yapılananalizler sonucunda yaşam tatminini en fazla etkileyen alt boyutun“iyimserlik” olduğu gözlenmiştir. Buna karşın, esneklik ve özyeterlilikboyutu yaşam tatminini anlamlı olarak etkilememektedir.en_US
dc.description.abstractThe main aim of this study is to find out the relationship betweenpsychological capital and life satisfaction. In the first part of this study;life satisfaction and psychological capital psychological capital has withthe development and definition of the dimensions of hope, optimism,resilience, self-sufficiency is focused on. In the other part of the researchare included in the part of the application. SPSS (Statistical package forsocial sciences) software programs were used to perform the statisticalanalysis. In the study “life satisfaction scale” which is developed byDiener at al (1985) and of which adaptation to Turkish is made by Köker(1991) is used with the purpose of measuring life satisfaction level and“organizational psychological capital scale” which is developed byLuthans et al (2007) and which adaptation to Turkish is made by Çetinand Basım (2012) is used to measure psychological capital level ofstudents. The sample of the study consists of totally 134 undergraduatestudents studying at the department of health management in Düzce.The sample consists of 78 female (%58,2) and 56 male (%41,8) students.Average age of participants is 20. When examined according to classes,51.5% of the participants are in the first class and 48.5% of them are thesecond year undergraduate students. Basic descriptive statistics andregression analysis are used in data analysis. In the results of the study,it iwas found that meaningful relation between psychological capital(hopeness and optimism) and life satisfaction. It is also observed that“optimism” is the dimension that has the maximum impact on overall lifesatisfaction whereas resilience and self-sufficiency does not have asignificant impact on life satisfaction.en_US
