This study analyses the changes in rural dwellings influenced by social and cultural evolution. The evolution of rural dwellings is associated with changes in living standards and attitudes, resulting in a transformation into units that focus on aesthetics and functionality rather than just shelter. The fieldwork in D & uuml;zce Province, Turkey, was supported by questionnaires, oral history interviews, satellite images, and photographs. The analysis of spatial change in rural houses was conducted using space syntax analysis and system dynamics analysis. The study aims to examine physical changes in rural dwellings, evaluate 'spatial change' through interactive application of the concepts of 'spatial analysis' and 'complex system analysis', preserve the authenticity and continuity of rural dwellings against change to improve the quality of life, and propose intervention strategies and scenarios for addressing changing problems. The findings indicate that traditional houses can be sustained and at the same time the authenticity of the dwelling can be preserved in its spatial context. This study is significant for comprehending the evolutionary change in rural housing and integrating it into planning processes.en_US
