dc.description.abstractBu çalışmada, Düzce ilinde Orman ürünleri sektöründe faaliyette bulunan küçük ve orta ölçekli işletmelerde kriz yönetim sisteminin ne derece uygulandığının araştırılması amaçlanmıştır. Çalışma evrenini Düzce merkez ve ilçelerinde faaliyette bulunan orman ürünleri işletmeleri oluşturmaktadır. Çalışmanın yapıldığı dönemde Düzce ilinde Ticaret ve Sanayi odasına kayıtlı bulunan 43 adet orman ürünleri işletmesine anket yöntemi ile ulaşılmıştır. İşletmede karar vericiler (yöneticiler) ile yapılan bu çalışma ile işletmelerin kriz yönetim sistemlerini nasıl işlettikleri incelenmiş ve kriz yönetimi ile ilgili bilgi düzeyleri ölçülmüştür. Çalışma sonuçlarına göre katılımcı işletmeler mobilya, levha ve kereste / parke alanında faaliyette bulunmaktadır. Çalışma kapsamındaki işletmelerin %76,3’ünün ihracat yaptığı belirlenmiştir. Çalışma sonucunda Düzce orman ürünleri sanayisi işletmelerinin etkili bir kriz yönetim çalışması yapmadıkları ve kriz yönetimi konusunda yeterli bilgiye sahip olmadıkları belirlenmiştir.en_US
dc.description.abstractIn this study, it is aimed to investigate to what extent the crisis management system is applied in small and medium sized enterprises operating in the area of forest products in Düzce. The study universe consists of forest products enterprises operating in the central and districts of Düzce. During the study period, 43 forest products enterprises registered to the Chamber of Commerce and Industry in Düzce were obtained by a survey method. With this study conducted with the decision makers (managers) in the enterprise, it was examined how the enterprises operated the crisis management systems and their knowledge levels about the crisis management were measured. According to the results of the study, the participating enterprises operate in furniture, board and timber / flooring. In scope the study, it was determined that 76.3% of the enterprises were exporting. As a result of the study, it was determined that the enterprises of Düzce Forest Products Industry did not conduct an effective crisis management and did not have enough knowledge about crisis management.en_US
