| dc.description.abstract | Kemik ve iç organlar gibi lokalizasyonları dışında, en sık deri ve deri altı yerleşimi olan miyofibromlar, çocuk yaş grubunda daha sık görülür. Sunulan hastada, geç çocukluk döneminde ortaya çıkan, ense orta hatta yakın yerleşimli subkutan kitlenin total eksizyonu sonrasında histopatolojik bulguları miyofibromla uyumlu bulundu. Rastlantısal olarak orta hatta yakın yerleşimi, bu hastada farklı ayırıcı tanıların da düşünülmesini gerektirdi. | en_US |
| dc.description.abstract | Cutaneous and subcutaneous myofibromas except bone and visceral lesions are more frequently seen in the pediatric age group. In the presented case, a subcutaneous nodule was detected close to the midline of the nape. Total excision was performed and the nodule found to be consistent with myofibroma histopathologically. Several other pathologies were considered in differential diagnoses due to midline location of the lesion. | en_US |
