| dc.description.abstract | The most common congenital neck masses, thyroglossal duct cyst TDC can give rise to a malignancy in 1% of the cases. Most common malignant pathology found in this rare entity is papillary carcinoma. Diagnosis in commonly made after pathologic examination for planning the treatment.Herein, we report a 3x2cm diameter isolated TDC of the right medial in a 38-year-old man who was treated by transcervical excision. | en_US |

En sık görülen malign patoloji, tiroidin papiller karsinomasıdır.
