Özet
Bu araştırma, Türkiye-Azerbaycan ilişkilerini sosyal inşacılık perspektifinden ele alarak Zürih Protokolleri ve İkinci Karabağ Savaşı gibi önemli olayları inceliyor. Sosyal inşacılık teorisinin temel ilkeleri ve uluslararası ilişkilere uygulanması üzerinde duruluyor. İlk olarak, Türkiye-Azerbaycan ilişkilerinin tarihsel arka planı, kültürel ve siyasi bağları ele alınıyor. Ardından, Zürih Protokolleri'nin ortaya çıkışı, içeriği ve Türkiye-Azerbaycan ilişkilerine etkisi inceleniyor. Bu protokollerin sonrasında yaşanan İkinci Karabağ Savaşı'nın patlak verme nedenleri, tarafların stratejileri ve Türkiye ile Azerbaycan'ın rolü ele alınıyor. Araştırmanın odak noktası, Türkiye-Azerbaycan ilişkilerinde sosyal inşacılık perspektifinin nasıl uygulanabileceği ve bu ilişkilerin geleceği üzerine yapılan önerilerle son buluyor. Türkiye ve Azerbaycan arasındaki ilişkilerin sadece tarihsel, siyasi ve ekonomik boyutlarını değil, aynı zamanda medya, kültürel diplomasi ve sosyal medya gibi faktörlerin de etkisini ele alarak kapsamlı bir değerlendirme sunuyor. Bu araştırma, sosyal inşacılık teorisini uluslararası ilişkilere uygulamanın önemini vurguluyor ve Türkiye ile Azerbaycan arasındaki ilişkilerin geleceği hakkında dikkate değer öneriler sunuyor.
This research examines Turkey-Azerbaijan relations from the perspective of social constructionism and examines important events such as the Zurich Protocols and the Second Karabakh War. Emphasis is placed on the basic principles of social constructionism theory and its application to international relations. First, the historical background, cultural and political ties of Türkiye-Azerbaijan relations are discussed. Then, the emergence of the Zurich Protocols, their content and their impact on Türkiye-Azerbaijan relations are examined. The reasons for the outbreak of the Second Karabakh War, the strategies of the parties and the roles of Turkey and Azerbaijan are discussed after these protocols. The focus of the research ends with suggestions on how the social constructionism perspective can be applied in Turkey-Azerbaijan relations and the future of these relations. It offers a comprehensive evaluation of the relations between Turkey and Azerbaijan, addressing not only the historical, political and economic dimensions, but also the impact of factors such as media, cultural diplomacy and social media. This research emphasizes the importance of applying social constructionism theory to international relations and offers notable suggestions about the future of relations between Turkey and Azerbaijan.
