İşletmelerde Kullanılan Muhasebe Programlarından Memnuniyet Düzeyi Üzerine Bir Araştırma

| dc.description.abstract | Muhasebe ve raporlama süreçleri işletmelerin özelliklerine göre farklılıklar göstermektedir. Bu durum da farklı türdeki işletmeler için farklı özellikteki muhasebe programlarının geliştirilmesini gerekli kılmaktadır. Bu doğrultuda bu çalışmanın amacı işletmelerde kullanılan muhasebe programlarının ihtiyaçlara cevap verebilme düzeyinin kullanıcı ve işletme özelliklerine göre nasıl farklılaştığını tespit etmektedir. Çalışma sonucunda elde edilen bulgulara göre kullanıcıların cinsiyeti açısından yalnızca “kullanım kolaylığı”, mesleki deneyim süresi açısından bütün boyutlarda, kullanıcıların programları tercih sebepleri açısından ise bazı “ön muhasebe modülleri” hariç diğer bütün boyutlarda farklılaşmaların olduğu dikkati çekmektedir. Kullanıcıların yaşlarına göre ise herhangi bir farklılaşma görülmemektedir. İşletmelerin hukuki yapısına ve faaliyet alanlarına göre farklılaşmaların olduğu, faaliyet sürelerine göre ise herhangi bir farklılaşmanın olmadığı tespit edilmiştir. Ön muhasebe modüllerinden memnuniyete ilişkin ifadeler incelendiğinde en yüksek memnuniyet düzeyinin “Kollektif Şirket” yapısındaki işletmelerde faaliyet alanlarına göre ise Tekstil işletmelerinde olduğu görülmektedir. | |
| dc.description.abstract | Accounting and reporting processes differ according to the characteristics of the enterprises. For this reason, it is necessary to develop different accounting programs for different types of businesses. The aim of this study is to determine how the level of satisfaction with accounting programs used in businesses differs according to user and business characteristics. According to the findings obtained as a result of the study, it is noteworthy that there are differences in all dimensions in terms of "ease of use" only in terms of the gender of the users, in all dimensions in terms of professional experience, and in all dimensions except for some "pre-accounting modules" in terms of the reasons for users to prefer the programs. There is no difference according to the age of the users. It has been determined that there are differentiations according to the legal structure and fields of activity of the enterprises, but there is no differentiation according to the duration of their activity. When the expressions related to the satisfaction from the pre-accounting modules are examined, it is seen that the highest level of satisfaction is in the enterprises with the structure of "Collective Company" and in the textile enterprises according to their field of activity. | |
