Özet
Bu çalışmada elli sene önce aç kalıp ot kökleriyle beslenmek zorunda kalan, sonrasında yönetimdeki değişimle son otuz yılda müthiş bir kalkınma başarısı yakalayarak dünyanın ikinci süper gücü konuma gelen, bir buçuk milyar nüfusunu kontrol edebilip, doğru eğitip, başarılı çalışmalar gerçekleştiren, global markaları ülkesinde yatırma ikna edebilmiş, askeri sistemlerde özellikle de savunma sanayinde önemli başarılar yakalamış, dünyanın en yüksek dolar rezervine sahip ülkesini büyük savaşlardan uzak tutabilme başarısını göstermiş, ileri görüşlü, değerli yöneticileri ile dünyanın gıpta ederek izlediği Çin'in başarı hikayesi incelenmiştir. Çin'in bu yükselişinin arkasındaki gerçekler yönetimin otoriter yapısı, iç disiplini yüksek oranda uyum ve yüksek motivasyonla verimli çalışma, ekonominin dünyayla liberal ilişkileri başarıyla yürütebilmesi, uluslararası güçlü markaları kendi topraklarında yatırım yapmalarına ikna edebilmesi ile istihdamı arttırması, doğrudan yatırımların kaldıraç etkisini iyi değerlendirmesi kalkınmaya yüksek ivme kazandırmasına yardımcı olmuştur. Kazanımları isabetli yatırımlarla değerlendirmesi yükselişini olumlu yönde etkilemiştir ve dünyanın ikinci süper gücü konumuna yükselmesini sağlamıştır. Bu çalışmada Çin'in günümüzdeki konumu, güçlü ve zayıf yönleriyle incelenmiş ve gelecekte nasıl bir durumda olabileceğine dair öngörülerde bulunulmuştur.
In this study, it has been researched into the success story of China Whose people starved and had to eat plant roots fifty years ago and which has become the second most powerful country in the world by showing a great development in the last thirty years China has managed to control and educate well its 1.5 billion population and has done a tremendous amount of work. In economy it has convinced global brands to invest in, and it has achieved many great things in millitary and especially in arms industry. China, Which has the highest U.S Dolar Exchange rate in the world, has been able to keep itself out of any war and with its meritorious government, has been envied by many other countries. The reasons behind China's rise, such as authoritarianism, consistency with internal discipline, efficient working with high motivation, the economy's succesfully maintainable liberal relationship with the world, increasing employment with the help of convincing international and powerful brands to invest in country and direct investments making the use of leverage effect well have helped China grow expeditiously. China appraising the earnings with right investments has affected the country in a positive way and made China the second most powerful country in the world. In this study, status of China in present has been analyzed with its strenghts and weaknesses and the predictions have been made about what kind of situations China is going to be in in future.
