dc.description.abstractGünümüz dünyasında günden güne kendini yenileyen, uluslararasılaşma ilkesini benimsemiş ve hinterlandını genişletmeyi amaç edinmiş girişimciler her zaman bir adım önde seyretmektedirler. Avrupa İşletmeler Ağı bu bağlamda küçük işletmelerin büyük çapta ses getirmesine olanak tanıyan, erişimi kolay ve aynı zamanda etkisi yüksek bir platform olarak ön plana çıkmaktadır. Günümüzde piyasalardaki volatilite göz önüne alındığında uluslararası ticaret ve KOBİ’lerin uluslararası ticaret hamlelerine yönelimi, ticaret hacmini geliştirme ve büyük ölçekli bir işletme olma yolunda önemli bir yere sahiptir. Bu çalışmanın temel amacı, AB programlarından COSME kapsamında yürütülen Avrupa İşletmeler Ağı programının KOBİ’lerin gelişimine olan katkısını ve bu kapsamda programın sunduğu avantajları ortaya koymaktır. Veriler nitel araştırma yöntemlerinden odak grup tekniği ile toplanmıştır. Ayrıca projeyi yürüten WB-BIN Batı Karadeniz Konsorsiyumu üyelerinin performans göstergesi tablosundan yararlanılmıştır. Kullanılan veri seti ve yöntem ışığında programın WB-BIN Batı Karadeniz konsorsiyumu bölgesinde ekonomiye farklı yönlerden katkı sağladığı tespit edilmiştir.
dc.description.abstractIn today's world, entrepreneurs who renew themselves day by day, adopt the principle of internationalization and aim to expand their interland will always be one step ahead In this context, the Enterprise Europe Network stands out as a simple yet powerful platform that allows small businesses to make a big impact. When we consider the current currency fluctuations, the orientation of international trade and SMEs undoubtedly has a very important place about their development. The main purpose of this study is to reveal how the European Enterprise Network carried out within the scope of COSME, affects the development of SMEs and the advantages of this scope. The data were collected using the interwiev method, which is one of the qualitative research methods. In the light of the data set and method used, it has been determined that the program contributes to the economy in different aspects in the WEB-BIN West Black Sea consortium region.
