| dc.description.abstract | Ölçme ve değerlendirme, insanların tüm yaşantısı boyunca devam eden bir süreçtir ve bu süreç iş hayatında da çalışanların yaptıkları işin ne derecede başarılı olduğunu belirleyecek bir kıstastır. Bu çalışmada; iş yaşamında bir ölçüm tekniği olarak performans analizi ve verimlilik ele alınmış olup aynı zamanda verimlilik ve performans ölçümlerinin inşaat sektöründeki etkileri araştırılmıştır. Bu amaçla üç kısımdan oluşan bir çalışma gerçekleştirilmiştir. İlk kısımda, verimlilik ve performans kavramlarının tanımları yapılarak, anket sonuçlarını değerlendirmek için kullanılacak olan istatistik yöntem ve o yönteme ait analizlerin teorik kısmı anlatılmıştır. İkinci kısımda, verimlilik ve performans analizlerinin test edilmesi için Sakarya ilinde faaliyet gösteren 170 inşaat firmasıyla bir anket çalışması yapılmıştır. Burada her inşaat firmasına ait birer adet şantiye seçilerek anket yapılmıştır. Yapılan anket çalışmasından elde edilen veriler istatistik programına aktarılarak analizlerle test edilmiştir. Analiz sonuçlarına göre, anket yapılan firmalar içerisinde en iyi olduğu tespit edilen A firması ile diğer inşaat firmaları arasında karşılaştırmalar yapılmıştır. Tez çalışmasının son kısmında, inşaat sektöründe gerek şantiye bazında gerekse bireysel bazda verimlilik ve performans değerlerinin en üst düzeyde sağlanabilmesi için odaklanılması gereken; ücret, tedarik zinciri, personel eğitimi, kişisel verimlilik, yönetim ve denetim, iş yoğunluğu ve çalışma şartları, işçi sağlığı ve iş güvenliği gibi önemli konular ele alınarak, hangi kriterin ne denli etkili olduğu saptanmaya çalışılmıştır. Çalışmanın temel amacı; insan emeği yoğunluklu olma özelliğini günümüz koşullarında koruyan inşaat sektöründe, işgücü verimliliğinden ve performanstan maksimum faydalı olunabilmesi için; gereken tedbirlerin alınması adına sektör temsilcilerine yardımcı olmak ve ileride konu ile ilgili gerçekleştirilecek muhtemel akademik çalışmalar için bir başlangıç niteliği taşımaktır. | en_US |
| dc.description.abstract | Measurement and evaluation is a process that continues throughout the entire human experience, and this process is a criterion that will determine in what way employees are doing well in business. In this study; performance analysis and productivity as a measurement technique in the business life, and the effects of the productivity and performance measurements on the construction sector were investigated at the same time. For this purpose, a three-part study was conducted. In the first part, the definition of the concepts of productivity and performance, the statistical method to be used for evaluating the survey results and the theoretical part of the analysis of the method are explained. In the second part, a survey was conducted with 170 construction companies operating in Sakarya province in order to test the productivity and performance analyzes. Here, one construction site belonging to each construction company was selected and a survey was made. The data obtained from the questionnaire survey were transferred to the statistical program and tested with the analyzes. According to the analysis results, comparisons were made between the firm A and the other construction companies, which are determined to be the best among the surveyed firms. In the last part of the thesis study, the focus should be on the construction sector, on site basis, and on the individual basis to ensure the highest level of efficiency and performance values. Such as wages, supply chain, personnel training, personal productivity, management and supervision, work intensity and working conditions, worker health and work safety. The main aim of the study is; in the construction sector, which preserves human labor intensiveness in today's conditions, in order to maximize labor productivity and performance, to assist the sector representatives in the interest of taking the necessary measures and to provide a starting qualification for possible academic studies to be carried out in the future. | en_US |
