Özet
Otomatik elektrik sigortaları, evsel ve özellikle endüstriyel uygulamalarda kullanılan koruma elektrik aparatlarından biridir. Otomatik elektrik sigortası atması sonucu oluşacak elektrik kesintisine çeşitli nedenlerden dolayı müdahale edilmemesi durumunda; buzdolabı içerisinde bulunan malzemelerin eriyip bozulması, belirli sıcaklık aralığında klimalar sayesinde çalışmasını devam ettiren elektronik cihazların arızalanması, yine belirli ortam sıcaklığı istenilen seralar, tavuk kümesleri gibi alanlarda yaşanacak olumsuzluklar, meskenlerinde veya hastanelerde makineye bağlı yaşayan hastaların yaşayacağı olumsuz durumlar, otomatik üretim yapılan tesislerde üretimin kesintiye uğraması gibi çok farklı sorunlar yaşanabilir. Bu tez çalışmasında sigortanın atması neticesinde oluşan enerji kesintisi bilgisinin cep telefonuna iletilmesi ile yaşanan problemden ilgililerin haberdar edilmesine yönelik bir uygulama gerçekleştirilmesi amaçlanmıştır. Otomatik elektrik sigortalarının ön yüzüne hareket algılayacak şekilde switch yerleştirilmektedir. Olası otomatik sigorta atması durumunda içerisinde yazılım bulunan elektronik karta switch üzerinden sinyal iletilmekte ve sistem içerisinde ki cep telefonuna SMS mesaj yöntemi ile bilgilendirme yapılmaktadır. Bu sayede kullanıcılara bilgilendirme ve erken müdahale imkânı sağlanmaktadır. Gerçekleştirilen bu çalışma sonucunda kullanıcılar tatilde, evlerinden uzakta, işyerlerinden uzakta olsalar dahi otomatik sigorta atması durumundan bilgi sahibi olacak ve erken müdahale imkanına sahip olacaklardır. Kullanıcılar olası maddi/manevi zararları en aza indirerek sistem sürekliliğini de sağlamış olacaklardır. Bu yazıda, otomatik elektrik sigortalarının açık/kapalı konumlarının SIM800 Gsm modülü haberleşme yöntemi ve sağlayacağı faydalar anlatılmaktadır. Automatic electrical fuses are electrical protection elements used in homes and especially industrial applications. If the power outage that will occur as a result of the automatic electric fuse blown is not intervened for various reasons; The melting and deterioration of the materials in the refrigerator, the failure of electronic devices that continue to work thanks to air conditioners in a certain temperature range, the negative situations to be experienced in areas such as greenhouses, chicken coops, where a certain ambient temperature is required, negative situations that will be experienced by patients living in houses or hospitals connected to the machine, interruption of production in automatic production facilities. There may be many different problems, such as. In this thesis, it is aimed to carry out an application to inform the relevant people about the problem experienced by transmitting the energy cut information that occurs as a result of the fuse blown to the mobile phone. A switch is placed on the front of the automatic electrical fuses to detect motion. In the event of a possible automatic fuse blown, a signal is transmitted to the electronic card containing the software via the switch, and the mobile phone within the system is informed via SMS message method. In this way, users are provided with information and early intervention opportunities. As a result of this study, users will be informed about the auto fuse blown even if they are on vacation, away from their homes, away from their workplaces and will have the opportunity to intervene early. Users will also ensure system continuity by minimizing possible material/moral damages. In this article, the SIM800 GSM module communication method of the on/off positions of automatic electrical fuses and the benefits it will provide are explained.
