dc.description.abstractIn this study, it is aimed to eliminate the factors that cause waste and to create a simpler, more understandable, more ergonomic, more efficient and effective working environment that facilitates access to the desired materials and increases the motivation of the employee. For this purpose, the visuals before and after the 5S application in the human resources office of the sample enterprise operating in the forest products sector in Düzce province were compared and the gains of the study for the enterprise were discussed. As a result of the study, the items and materials that caused disorder in the office environment were removed from the environment and the office environment was arranged to be simpler, more spacious, more ergonomic and to provide easy access to everything that was desired. Along with eliminating the time losses of the relevant unit employees, an increase in employee productivity was achieved thanks to the prevention of errors resulting from distractions and the increase in employee motivation.
dc.description.abstractBu çalışmada, israfa neden olan faktörleri ortadan kaldırarak daha sade, daha anlaşılır, daha ergonomik, daha verimli ve etkili, istenilen materyallere ulaşımı kolaylaştıran, çalışan motivasyonunu artıran bir çalışma ortamı oluşturmak amaçlanmıştır. Bu amaçla Düzce ilinde orman ürünleri sektöründe faaliyet gösteren örnek işletmenin insan kaynakları ofisinde 5S uygulaması öncesi ve sonrası görseller karşılaştırılmış ve çalışmanın işletmeye sağladığı kazanımlar tartışılmıştır. Çalışma sonucunda, ofis ortamında düzensizliğe neden olan eşya ve malzemeler ortamdan uzaklaştırılmış, ofis ortamı daha sade, daha ferah, daha ergonomik ve istenen her şeye kolay ulaşımı sağlayacak şekilde düzenlenmiştir. İlgili birim çalışanlarının zaman kayıplarının ortadan kaldırılmasının yanı sıra dikkat dağınıklığından kaynaklanan hataların önlenmesi ve çalışan motivasyonunun artması sayesinde çalışan verimliliğinde artış sağlanmıştır.
