dc.description.abstractDijitalleşme, günümüz iş dünyasında özellikle büyük veri analitiği, nesnelerin interneti (IoT), blockchain ve yapay zeka gibi ileri teknolojilerle lojistik süreçlerinde köklü değişiklikler ve iyileştirmeler sağlamaktadır. Bu kapsamda bu çalışmada, dijitalleşmenin lojistik sektöründeki firma performansı üzerindeki etkileri detaylı bir şekilde incelenmiştir. Araştırmada, UTİKAD (Uluslararası Taşımacılık ve Lojistik Hizmet Üretenleri Derneği) üye olan lojsitik firmalarına anket gerçekleştirilmiştir. Anket yoluyla toplanan veriler; faktör, korelasyon ve regresyon analiz yöntemleri kullanılarak değerlendirilmiş ve dijitalleşmenin firma performansına olan etkileri kapsamlı bir şekilde analiz edilmiştir. Çalışmanın sonuçlarına göre; dijital teknolojilerin lojistik süreçlerini optimize ederek operasyonel verimliliği artırdığını, maliyetleri düşürdüğünü ve müşteri memnuniyetini önemli ölçüde iyileştirdiği tespit edilmiştir. Bu kapsamda dijitalleşme lojistik sektöründe yer alan firmalara büyük fırsatlar sunmaktadır. Firmaların dijitalleşme stratejilerini doğru bir şekilde belirlemeleri, rekabet avantajı elde etmelerinde kritik rol oynamaktadır. Sonuç olarak, dijitalleşme lojistik sektöründe büyük fırsatlar sunmakla birlikte, bu fırsatların etkin bir şekilde değerlendirilebilmesi için bütüncül ve iyi planlanmış bir yaklaşım gerekmektedir. Bu çalışma, lojistik sektöründe dijitalleşmenin uzun vadeli etkilerini ve bu süreçte ortaya çıkabilecek yeni teknolojik gelişmeleri inceleyerek, sektördeki dijital dönüşümün daha da derinlemesine anlaşılmasına katkı sağlamayı amaçlamaktadır.en_US
dc.description.abstractIn today's business world, digitalization provides radical changes and improvements in logistics processes, especially with advanced technologies such as big data analytics, Internet of Things (IoT), blockchain and artificial intelligence. In this context, this study examines the effects of digitalization on firm performance in the logistics sector in detail. In the research, a survey was conducted among logistics companies that are members of UTIKAD (International Transportation and Logistics Service Producers Association). The data collected through the survey were evaluated using factor, regression and correlation analysis methods and the effects of digitalization on firm performance were comprehensively analyzed. According to the results of the study; digital technologies have been found to increase operational efficiency, reduce costs and significantly improve customer satisfaction by optimizing logistics processes. In this context, digitalization offers great opportunities to companies in the logistics sector. It plays a critical role for companies to determine their digitalization strategies correctly and gain competitive advantage. As a result, although digitalization offers great opportunities in the logistics sector, a holistic and well-planned approach is required to make effective use of these opportunities. This study aims to contribute to a deeper understanding of the digital transformation in the logistics sector by examining the long-term effects of digitalization in the logistics sector and the new technological developments that may emerge in this process.en_US
