dc.description.abstractBu tez Uluslararası İlişkiler teorilerinin, özelde, Kopenhag Okulunun geliştirdiği tanımlamalar çerçevesinde güvenlik kavramını tartışmaktadır. Teorinin uygulaması için Türk Dış Politikasında Ahmet Davutoğlu dönemi ve daha dar kapsamda Orta Doğu'da dengeleri değiştiren Arap Baharı süreci seçilmiştir. Tezde ülke düzeyinde Suriye 'ye yönelik Davutoğlu'nun geliştirdiği ve uygulamaya sunduğu ilkeler tartışılmıştır. Bu tez Kopenhag Okulunun geliştirdiği teorik çerçevenin Türk Dış Politikasını ne ölçüde açıklayabildiğini, bu dönemde herhangi bir güvenlikleştirme, güvenlik dışılaştırma hareketinde bulunup bulunulmadığını tartışmaya açmaktadır. Bu tez araştırma yöntemi olarak literatür taramasına dayalıdır.en_US
dc.description.abstractThis dissertation discusses the concept of security in the framework of the definitions developed by International Relations theories, especially the Copenhagen School. For the application of the theory, the period of Ahmet Davutoğlu in Turkish foreign policy and, more specifically, the Arab Spring process that changed the balance in the Middle East are chosen. At the state level, dissertation discusses the principles developed and implemented by Davutoğlu towards Syria. This thesis discusses the extent to which the theoretical framework developed by the Copenhagen School can explain Turkish foreign policy and whether there has been securitization or de-securitization in this period. Literature review is used as research method in this thesis.en_US
