dc.description.abstractTeknoparklar, üniversite ve özellikle bilişim işletmeleri arasındaki iş birliğini geliştirmek için oluşturulmuş bilim ve teknoloji sahalarıdır. Teknoparkların ilgili işletmelerine imkân olarak sunduğu kiralama bedeli, alt yapı olanakları ve laboratuvarlar gibi unsurlar firmaların yer seçimi için en uygun teknoparkın belirlenmesinde etkilidir. Bu çalışmada, özellikle bilişim sektörü için İstanbul veya İzmit illerinde faaliyet göstermeyi planlayan işletmelere en uygun teknopark seçimi konusunda yardımcı olmak hedeflenmiştir. En uygun teknoparkın seçimi ile ilgili kriter ve alternatifler literatür taraması ve uzman görüşleri ile belirlenmiştir. Bu doğrultuda İstanbul ve İzmit’te yer alan yedi teknoparkın bilişim firmaları yöneticilerinden güncel veriler alınmıştır. Bu yöneticiler aynı zamanda karar vericiler olarak kabul edilmiştir. Çalışmanın uygulama kısmında, iki temel bölüm yer almaktadır. Bunlar kriterlerin ağırlıklarının belirlenmesi ve alternatiflerin önceliklerinin tespit edilmesidir. Birinci bölümde Entropi yöntemi ikinci bölümde ise ARAS (Additive Ratio Assesment) yöntemi tercih edilmiştir. Hibrit yöntemle gerçekleştirilen analizler neticesinde; birinci sırada İTÜ teknopark ikinci sırada ise Yıldız teknopark bulunmuştur. Analiz sonuçları ilgili işletmelerin yöneticileriyle paylaşılmıştır. Gelecekte yapılan benzer çalışmalarda faklı sektörlere ait tesis yeri seçim problemleri kullanılabileceği gibi güncel ÇKKV (Çok Kriterli Karar Verme Yöntemleri) kullanılabilir.en_US
dc.description.abstractTechnoparks are science and technology fields created to improve the cooperation between universities and especially technology firms. Factors such as rental fee, infrastructure facilities and laboratories offered by technoparks to firms are effective in determining the most suitable technopark for their location decision. In this study, it is aimed to assist the enterprises planning to operate in Istanbul or Izmit provinces especially for the technology sector for choosing the most suitable technopark. The criteria and alternatives for the selection of the most suitable technopark were determined by literature review and expert opinions. In this direction, up-to-date data were obtained from the managers of the information companies of seven technoparks located in Istanbul and Izmit. These managers are also considered as decision makers. In the application part of the study, there are two main parts. These are determining the weights of the criteria and determining the priorities of the alternatives. Entropy method is preferred in the first section and ARAS (Additive Ratio Assessment) method is preferred in the second section. As a result of the analysis performed with the hybrid method; ITU technopark was in the first rank and Yıldız technopark was in the second. The results of the analysis were shared with the managers of the relevant firms. In similar studies in the future, facility location problems of different sectors can be used as well as current MCDM (Multi Criteria Decision Making Methods).en_US
