Düzce şantiyelerinde israfın nedenlerinin belirlenmesi ve yalın inşaat uygulamalarıyla çözüm yöntemleri

Özet
Tüm ülke ekonomilerinde olduğu gibi Türkiye ekonomisinde inşaat sektörü söz sahibidir. İnşaat sektörü birçok farklı alana etki ettiğinden lokomotif sektör konumundadır. İnsanların ihtiyaçlarını karşılamakta, yaşamlarını sürdürmede önemli etkiye sahiptir. Bu çalışmada Türk yapım şantiyelerinde israfa neden olan, verimsizliği arttıran sebepler analiz edilmektedir. İsraf, tüm dünyada olduğu gibi ülkemizde de sorunlara yol açmaktadır. Maliyetin artması, kaliteden ödün verilmesi ve doğru müşteri hizmetinin sağlanamaması gibi olumsuzluklar göze çarpmaktadır. İsrafın giderilmesi için İnşaat sektöründe yeni sayılabilecek üretim modeli olan Yalın İnşaat'ın gerekliliği ve önemi artmaktadır. Yalın inşaatın amacı israfa neden olan sebeplerin tespiti, süreçte değer katmayan aktivitelerin giderilmesini kapsamaktadır. Yalın inşaatın ilke ve prensiplerinin gerekliliği ve önemi birçok çalışma ile kanıtlamıştır. Bu çalışmada Düzce şantiyelerinde meydana gelen israfların nedenlerinin tespiti ve ne derece etki ettiğinin analizi yapılmış ve diğer çalışmalar ile karşılaştırılmıştır. Alanlarında aktif görev alan büyük çoğunlukla inşaat mühendisi, mimar görüşleri göz önüne alınmıştır. İsrafın nedenleriyle birlikte çözüm önerileri de sunulmuştur.
As in all countries' economies, the construction sector has a say in the Turkish economy. Since the construction sector affects many different areas, it is the locomotive sector. It has an important effect on meeting the needs of people and maintaining their lives. In this study, the reasons that cause waste and increase inefficiency in Turkish construction sites are analyzed. Waste causes problems in our country as well as in the whole world. Problems such as increasing costs, compromising quality and not providing the right customer service stand out. In order to eliminate waste, the necessity and importance of Lean Construction, which can be considered as a new production model in the construction sector, is increasing. The purpose of lean construction is to determine the causes that cause waste, and to eliminate the activities that do not add value in the process. The necessity and importance of the principles and principles of lean construction has been proven by many studies. In this study, the reasons for the waste occurring in Düzce construction sites were determined and analyzed to what extent they were affected and compared with other studies. Opinions of mostly civil engineers and architects, who are active in their fields, have been taken into consideration. Along with the reasons for waste, solutions are also offered.
