Özet

In the study, the concept of quality in health services was examined. The study is intended to be a source of information and a guide for scientists, researchers, students and health service providers who will work in this field. The concept of quality in health services is one of the most important determinants of people's preferences for healthcare providers. With this study, the articles and compilation studies about the concept of quality in health services in the web of science database in the last 40 years have been analyzed and examined by bibliometric method. In the analysis, it was concluded that there has been an increasing momentum in the number of studies on quality in health services. 286 of the studies were done by a single author. The growth in the number of publications is calculated as 7,6% annually. In general, the United States of America, Canada, United Kingdom and Australia are the countries with the highest publication and highest collaboration. It is thought that publications and studies will continue to increase due to the constantly developing feature of quality.
