dc.description.abstractKauçuk esaslı ürünlerin imalatında kullanılan katkı malzemeleri; zamana, maruz kaldığı fiziksel ve kimyasal etkilere bağlı olarak üründen kısmen ayrılmaktadırlar. Ortamdan ayrılan bu katkı malzemeleri imal edilen mamulün performansını ve uzun sürede kullanım ömrünü azaltmaktadır. Bu çalışmada aktif ZnO ile normal ZnO kullanılarak üretilen kauçuk malzemelerin maliyet –performans özellikleri incelenmiştir. Bulgular daha yüksek yüzey alanına sahip aktif ZnO tercihiyle, mekanik testlerde %20, toplam mamul ağırlığında %5 ve maliyette %2’e varan bir farklılık hesaplanmıştır.
dc.description.abstractAdditives used in the manufacture of rubber-based products which they are partially separated from the product depending on the time, the physical and chemical effects it is exposed to. These additives, which are separated from the products, reduce the performance and long-term useful life of the manufactured product. In this study, the cost-performance properties of rubber materials produced using active ZnO and normal ZnO were investigated. Results revealed differences of up to 20% in mechanical tests, 5% in total product weight, and 2% in cost, with a preference for active ZnO with ahigher surface area.
