dc.description.abstractThe shift scheduling problem is spread over a wide area and it is important to avoid disruptions in the works and the need for security is one of the most basic requirements. By assigning the security personnel to the most appropriate task units for the correct and proper functioning, the best security service is provided. In this study, the problem of assigning the security personnel to the points they will serve in the most appropriate way is discussed. The shift scheduling problem of male and female security personnel working with the triple shift system in the General Directorate of State Theaters in a province is discussed. It is aimed to assign the said security personnel to the points where they will serve in the most appropriate way. Working conditions were handled from different perspectives, and it was aimed to prepare the monthly shift numbers equally and fairly among the female security personnel and among the male security personnel. In addition, it is aimed to schedule a month's work of security personnel, including special request constraints. By using the goal programming method, the deviations in the goal constraints were tried to be minimized and the problem was solved. In the solution of the created mathematical model, the optimal result was tried to be reached by using the CPLEX solver of the IBM ILOG Studio IDE program. With the solution results, the desired goals have been achieved.
dc.description.abstractVardiya çizelgeleme problemi çok geniş bir alana yayılmış olup işlerde aksama olmaması için önemlidir ve güvenlik ihtiyacı en temel gereksinimlerden bir tanesidir. Güvenlik personellerinin doğru ve uygun çalışması için en uygun görev birimlerine atanmasıyla en iyi şekilde güvenlik hizmetinin verilmesi sağlanmaktadır. Bu çalışmada güvenlik personelinin hizmet vereceği noktalara en uygun şekilde atanması problemi ele alınmıştır. Bir ilde bulunan Devlet Tiyatroları Genel Müdürlüğü’nde üçlü vardiya sistemi ile görev yapmakta olan kadın ve erkek güvenlik personellerinin vardiya çizelgeleme problemi ele alınmıştır. Söz konusu güvenlik personellerinin hizmet verecekleri noktalara en uygun şekilde atanması amaçlanmıştır. Çalışma koşulları farklı açılardan ele alınmış olup, kadın güvenlik personellerinin kendi aralarında ve erkek güvenlik personellerinin kendi aralarında aylık vardiya sayılarının eşit ve adil bir şekilde hazırlanması amaçlanmıştır. Ayrıca güvenlik personellerin özel istek kısıtlarının da dahil edildiği bir aylık çalışmalarının çizelgelenmesi amaçlanmıştır. Hedef programlama yönteminden yararlanılarak hedef kısıtlarındaki sapmalar minimize edilmeye çalışılarak problemin çözümüne gidilmiştir. Oluşturulan matematiksel modelin çözümünde IBM ILOG Studio IDE programının CPLEX çözücüsü kullanılarak optimal sonuca ulaşılmaya çalışılmıştır. Çözüm sonuçları ile istenilen hedeflere ulaşılmıştır.
