Özet
Geleneksel teknoloji yönetim modelleri, dijital çağın hızlı değişen dinamiklerine ve dijital teknolojilerin artan karmaşıklığına uyum sağlamakta yetersiz kalmaktadır. Bu durum, teknoloji yönetiminde yeni yaklaşımlara ve çerçevelere duyulan ihtiyacı gündeme getirmiştir. Yapay zeka (YZ) teknolojilerine olan ilginin ve stratejik değerinin son yıllarda hızla artmasıyla birlikte, YZ'nin bağlam duyarlılığı, deneysel yapısı, kara kutu niteliği ve öğrenme gereksinimi gibi özgün özellikleri, bu araştırmanın temel odağı haline gelmiştir. Bu çerçevede, tez çalışmasının temel amacı, "yapay zeka teknolojilerinin işletmelerde nasıl yönetildiği" sorusunu teorik ve ampirik bulgular ışığında açıklamaktır. Araştırmada nitel araştırma yöntemlerinden bütüncül çoklu durum deseni kullanılmış ve veriler, Türkiye Otomotiv Ana Üretim Sanayisi'nin önde gelen beş işletmesinin ilgili yöneticileri ile yapılan görüşmeler yoluyla toplanmıştır. Veri toplama sürecinde yarı yapılandırılmış görüşme tekniği uygulanmış ve tekrarlı görüşmeler doygunluk aşamasına gelene kadar devam ettirilmiştir. Alandan elde edilen bulgular, teorik bilgi birikimi ile birlikte değerlendirilmiş ve sonuç olarak yapay zeka teknoloji yönetimi modeli oluşturulmuştur. Bu model, yapay zekanın benzersiz özelliklerine uygun olarak, teknoloji yönetiminde yeni bir perspektif sunmayı hedeflemektedir.
Traditional technology management models are inadequate to adapt to the fast-changing dynamics of the digital age and the increasing complexity of digital technologies. This has raised the need for new approaches and frameworks in technology management. As the interest in and strategic value of artificial intelligence (AI) technologies has increased rapidly in recent years, the unique characteristics of AI, such as its context-sensitivity, experimental nature, black box nature and the need for learning, have become the main focus of this research. In this framework, the main purpose of this thesis is to explain the question of "how AI technologies are managed in organizations" in the light of theoretical and empirical findings. In the study, a holistic multiple-case design, one of the qualitative research methods, was used and the data were collected through interviews with the relevant managers of five leading companies in the Turkish Automotive Main Production Industry. In the data collection process, semi-structured interview technique was applied and repeated interviews were continued until the saturation stage. The findings from the field were evaluated together with theoretical knowledge and as a result, an AI technology management model was created. This model aims to offer a new perspective in technology management in accordance with the unique characteristics of AI.
