dc.description.abstractBu çalışmanın amacı, üniversitelerimizin inşaat programlarında okutulan ölçme bilgisi (topoğrafya) ders müfredatının günümüz koşullarına uygun olarak revize edilmesi ve oluşturulan bu müfredata göre de ölçme bilgisi dersi için öğretim materyali hazırlanmasıdır.İnşaat mühendisliği eğitimine yönelik gerçekleştirilen çeşitli sempozyum ve kongrelerde müfredatların günümüz koşullarına uygunluğu tartışılmış ve yenileme çalışmaları yapılması gerekliliği yönünde görüşler ortaya çıkmıştır. Mezunların yine değişik zamanlarda gerçek piyasa koşullarına uyumlarında sorunlar yaşadığı bilinmekte, bu da problemin varlığını ortaya koymaktadır. Bu sorunun çözümünün ilk olarak okutulan derslerin günümüz ihtiyaçlarına cevap verecek biçimde düzenlenmesinden geçmekte olduğu yapılan araştırmalardan anlaşılmaktadır.İnşaat eğitimi programlarının, sektör ihtiyaçlarına uygun olarak yenilenmesine yönelik yapılan bu çalışmada, örnek olarak seçilen ölçme bilgisi dersinde, üniversiteye ve öğretim elemanına göre konuların ve ağırlık yüzdelerinde farklılıklar bulunduğu, genelde haritacılara yönelik hazırlanmış materyallerden yararlanıldığı, sektör ihtiyacı, gelişen teknoloji ve bilime göre hazırlanmış bir ders materyali bulunmadığı gözlenmiştir.Bu çalışma; mevcut durumun tesbiti, günümüz piyasa ihtiyaçlarının belirlenmesi ve bu ihtiyaçları karşılamaya yönelik müfredat içeriği oluşturulması ile ders materyali hazırlanması aşamalarından oluşmaktadır. Çalışma kapsamında ilk olarak; mühendislik, teknik eğitim, teknoloji fakülteleri ve meslek yüksekokullarındaki mevcut ölçme bilgisi ders içerikleri incelenmiştir. Günümüz sektör ihtiyacına cevap verebilecek konuların belirlenmesi amacıyla anket çalışması yapılmıştır. Hazırlanan anket üniversitelerimizin mühendislik, teknik eğitim, teknoloji fakülteleri ve meslek yüksekokulu inşaat programlarında görevli öğretim elemanları ile piyasada çalışmakta olan alanında tecrübeli teknik elemanlara uygulanmıştır. Anket sonuçları SPSS istatistik programı ile analiz edilerek değerlendirilmiştir. Elde edilen sonuçlar çerçevesinde oluşturulan ders içeriğine paralel ve genel olarak inşaat sektörü ihtiyaç ve çözümlemelerine uygun örnek uygulamalardan oluşan öğretim materyali hazırlanmıştır.en_US
dc.description.abstractThe aim of this study is reconstruction of curriculum of topography lectures in conformity with the current conditions, and preparing the education material according to the established curriculum.The various symposia and conferences for the training of civil engineering suitability of curriculums comply with the requirements of present day have been discussed and it is declared that renovations studies are required. Besides, it is known that graduates adaptation problems occur in real market conditions, and this is also another problem. Observations show that the first solution of this problem is reorganization of courses to meet the needs of today's.In this study which is made for the renewal of construction education schedules for topography lecture in accordance with the needs of the sector, it is observed that there is no course materials prepared for the need of sector and developing technology and science. Besides, the existing course materials are usually prepared for the cartographers and there are differences on the subjects and the weight percentages based on the universities and lecturers.The present study consist of the stages of determine the requirements of present day, curriculum contents to meet those requirements and preparing the course materials. Firstly course contents of engineering, technical education and technology faculties and vocational schools have been investigated. Public survey has been made for the determining the topics to meet of the sector needs today's. Prepared surveys have been performed on the lecturers working the engineering, technical education, technology faculties and vocational schools of the universities. Survey results have been evaluated by using SPSS statistical program. Teaching materials consist of sample application appropriate for the requirements of the construction sector and parallel with the course contents created based on the survey results have been prepared.en_US
