Aras Ve Oreste Yöntemleri İle Otel İşletmeleri İçin En Etkin Güneş Enerjisi Su Isıtma Sisteminin Belirlenmesi

Özet
Günümüzde işletmeler çok farklı türden karar problemleri ile karşılaşmaktadırlar. Bu karar problemlerinin çözümü için her geçen gün yeni yöntemler geliştirilmektedir. İşletmelerin giderek daha karmaşık hale gelen karar problemleri karşısında modern ve bilimsel karar analizi yöntemlerini uyguladıkları takdirde iş hayatında önemli bir rekabet üstünlüğü sağladıkları görülmüştür. Son zamanlarda, bahsedilen bilimsel yöntemler arasında çok kriterli karar verme (ÇKKV) yöntemleri çok ilgi görmektedir. Bunun nedeni olarak; ÇKKV problemlerinin doğasında var olan ve birbiri ile çelişen birden fazla kriteri dikkate alarak optimum (en iyi) çözümü barındıran alternatifi belirlemesi olarak düşünülmektedir. Bu çalışmada amaç, otel işletmelerinin karşılaştıkları karar problemlerinin değerlendirme ve çözüm sürecinde ÇKKV yöntemlerin uygulanabilirliğini göstermek ve bu konuda farkındalık oluşturmaktır. Çalışmada, işletmelerin ÇKKV yöntemlerini kullanarak birçok karar problemini çözebildikleri örnekleri ile ifade edilmiştir. Ayrıca çalışmanın uygulama bölümünde, bir otel işletmesinin su ısıtma ihtiyacının karşılanması için güneş enerjisi su ısıtma sistemleri arasından en etkin olanın belirlenmesinde ARAS ve ORESTE yöntemlerinin analizine yer verilmiştir. Farklı iki yöntem ile gerçekleştirilen analiz sonuçları birbirini destekler mahiyette olup, birinci sırada A4 (Cam Borulu Vakum Tüplü Güneş Enerjisi Su Isıtma Sistemi), ikinci sırada A3 (Cam Borulu Statik Boyalı Vakum Tüplü Güneş Enerjisi Su Isıtma Sistemi) çıkmıştır. Analiz sonuçları ilgili otel işletmesi ile paylaşılmıştır.
Today, businesses are faced with very different kinds of decision problems. New methods are being developed every day for the solution of these decision problems. It has been seen that businesses have a significant competitive advantage in business life if they apply modern and scientific decision analysis methods to increasingly complex decision problems. Recently, among the mentioned scientific methods, multi criteria decision making (MCDM) methods are very interested. For this reason; it is considered as the determination of the alternative that holds the optimum solution by considering more than one criterion which are inherent in the problems of MCDM and conflict with each other. The aim of this study is to demonstrate the applicability of the MCDM methods in the evaluation and resolution process of the decision problems faced by the hotel businesses and to raise awareness in this regard. In the study, enterprises are described with examples that they can solve many decision problems by using MCDM methods. In addition, in the application section of the study, the analysis of ARAS and ORESTE methods was carried out to determine the most effective solar water heating systems to meet the water heating needs of a hotel business. The results of the analysis carried out by two different methods are supplementary, with A4 (Glass Tube Vacuum Tube Solar Water Heating System) in the first order, A3 (Glass Tube Static Painted Solar Water Heating System with Vacuum Tube) in the second order. The results of the analysis are shared with the relevant hotel administration.
