Denim pantolon üretiminde yalın üretim uygulamaları ve bir örnek olay incelemesi

Özet
Yalın üretim, yapısında katma değer olmayan unsurları taşımayan, bilgi ve malzemeyi ihtiyaçlar doğrultusunda dönüştüren, müşteri isteklerine en iyi şekilde cevap veren üretim sistemidir. Bu çalışma yalın üretim felsefesinin amaçlarınıı ana hatlaıyla açıklamaya çalışmıştır. Bu açıklamalar X denim firmasının; aksesuar, dikim, yıkama, kimyasal sprey ve kalite kontrol bölümlerinde yapılan bazı uygulama çalışmaları ile örneklenmiştir. Bu örneklerle firmanın dar boğazlarının, kayıp zamanlarının, katma değeri olmayan aşamalarının belirlenmesi ve bu problemlerin yalın üretim sistemi ile çözülebileceğinin ortaya konması amaçlanmaktadır. Bu amaç için 5S uygulaması, değer akış haritalandırması, kalite araçlarından balık kılçığı yöntemi, Kaizen ve Mieruka (görsel yönetim) yöntemleri kullanılmıştır. Bu işlemler için öncelikli olarak firmanın mevcut durumları analiz edilmiş, verileri ortaya konmuş sonrasında bu yalın üretim yöntemleri kullanılarak iyileştirmeler yapılmıştır. X denim firmasında yapılan uygulama çalışmaları sonrası; düzen eksikliği, atıl olan makine ve mallar, personel kaynaklı kayıp süreler, gereksiz ürün taşınması, maliyeti arttıran yanlış ürün kullanımı, verimli olmayan çalışma koşulları ve eksik görsel yönetim gibi bulgular elde edilmiştir. Sonuç olarak yalın üretim tekniklerinin uygulanması ile kaynaklar en iyi şekilde kullanılmış, daha düzenli ve ergonomik çalışma ortamı oluşturulmuş, gereksiz işlemler, ürünler ve makineler ortadan kaldırılmış, iş akışı düzenlenmiş, personele gerekli eğitimler verilerek görsel yönetim güçlendirilmiş ve verimlilik arttırılmıştır.
Lean production, it is a production system that does not carry added value elements in the structure, transforms information and materials in line with needs, and responds to customer requests in the best way. In this study, the aims of the lean production philosophy were tried to be outlined. These statements are exampled by X denim company; accessories, sewing, washing, chemical spraying and quality control departments. The purpose of these examples is to determine the firm's crisis, lost times, determination of non-value added stages, and that these problems can be solved with the lean production system. For this purpose, 5S application, value flow mapping, fishbone method of quality tools, Kaizen and Mieruka (visual management) methods were used. For these operations, the present conditions of the company were analyzed and after the data were presented, improvements were made using these lean production methods. After application studies made in X denim firm; Findings such as lack of order, idle machines and goods, lost time due to personnel, unnecessary product movements, wrong product usage which increases cost, inefficient working conditions and incomplete visual management have been obtained. As a result, with the application of lean production techniques, resources were used in the best way, more organized and ergonomic working environment was created, unnecessary operations, products and machines were removed, work flow was arranged and staff training was given and visual management was strengthened and productivity was increased.
