dc.description.abstractBu çalışma Düzce ilinde görev yapan Beden Eğitimi Öğretmenlerinin Beslenme Bilgi Düzeylerini ve Beslenme Alışkanlıklarını belirlemek amacıyla yapılmıştır. Araştırma nicel araştırma yöntemlerinden tarama modelinde betimsel bir çalışmadır. Araştırmanın çalışma grubunu, Düzce ilinde görev yapan beden eğitimi öğretmenleri evreni içinden gönüllü katılım gösteren 41 kadın ve 108 erkek olmak üzere toplam 149 öğretmen oluşturmaktadır. Çalışmada veri toplama aracı olarak araştırmacı tarafından geliştirilen demografik bilgi ölçeği, Gündoğdu (2009) tarafından geliştirilen öğretmenlerin beslenme alışkanlıkları ve beslenme bilgi düzeyleri ölçeği kullanılmıştır. Beslenme bilgi düzeyi çoktan seçmeli bir test kullanılarak ölçülmüş, elde edilen sonuçlardan beslenme bilgi puanı elde edilmiş ve demografik özelliklere bağlı olarak beslenme bilgi düzeyinin farklılaşma durumu incelenmiştir. Elde edilen veriler normal dağılım göstermediğinden, çalışmada parametrik olmayan testlerden yararlanılmıştır. Analiz sonuçlarına göre, öğretmenlerin beslenme bilgi düzeylerinin orta düzeyde olduğu ve yaş değişkeni açısından anlamlı düzeyde farklılık gösterdiği (p<,05); diğer değişkenler açısından anlamlı düzeyde farklılaşmadığı tespit edilmiştir (p>,05). dc.description.abstractThis study was conducted to determine the Nutritional Knowledge Levels and Nutritional Habits of Physical Education Teachers working in Düzce. The research is a descriptive study in the screening model, one of the quantitative research methods. The study group of the research consists of a total of 149 teachers, 41 women and 108 men who voluntarily participated in the universe of physical education teachers working in Düzce. The demographic information scale developed by the researcher and the nutrition habits and nutritional knowledge level of teachers developed by Gundogdu (2009) were used as data collection tools. Nutritional knowledge level was measured by using a multiple choice test, nutritional information score was obtained from the results obtained and differentiation status of nutritional knowledge level was examined depending on demographic characteristics. Since the obtained data did not show normal distribution, nonparametric tests were used in the study. According to the results of the analysis, the nutritional knowledge levels of the teachers were moderate and differed significantly in terms of age variable (p <, 05); it was found that there was no significant difference in terms of other variables (p>, 05). As a result of the research, various suggestions were made for the field and researchers.en_US
