dc.description.abstractAmaç: Bu araştırma, Hemşirelikte Uzmanlaşmanın Mesleğe Bağlılık ile İlişkisinin incelenmesi amacıyla yapılmıştır. Yöntem: Tanımlayıcı olarak yürütülen araştırmanın evrenini Düzce Üniversitesi Sağlık Uygulama ve Araştırma Merkezinde görev yapmakta olan 238 hemşire oluşturmuştur. Araştırmada örneklem seçimine gidilmemiş, gönüllü olarak katılmak isteyen tüm hemşireler araştırma kapsamına alınmıştır. Araştırmada "G. Power-3.1.9.2" programı kullanılarak, %95 güven düzeyinde hesaplanmıştır. Araştırmanın verileri Kişisel Bilgi Formu, Hemşirelikte Uzmanlaşmaya Yönelik Tutum Ölçeği ve Hemşirelikte Mesleğe Bağlılık Ölçeği kullanılarak toplanmıştır. Araştırmanın verileri 18 Mart 2024-31 Mayıs 2024 tarihleri arasında toplanmıştır. Verilerin analizinde tanımlayıcı istatistiklerden sayı, yüzde, ortalama, standart sapma, medyan; parametrik test varsayımlarını karşılayan değişkenler için t testi, Tek Yönlü Varyans analizi; non-parametrik testlerden Mann Whitney-U testi, Kruskall Wallis H testi; değişkenler arasındaki ilişkileri test etmek için Korelasyon analizi ve Yapısal Eşitlik Modellemesi kullanılmıştır. Araştırmadaki tüm verilerin tanımlayıcı istatistikleri hesaplanmıştır. %76,5 ini kadınların; %23,5 ini erkeklerin oluşturduğu çalışmada cinsiyetler arasında mesleki bağlılık açısından anlamlı bir fark bulunmamıştır. Eğitim durumları arasında hemşirelikte uzmanlaşmaya yönelik tutum ölçeği puanının anlamlı fark gösterdiği belirlenmiştir(p<0,001). Çalışılan klinikler arasında (p=0,222) ve çalışma deneyim yılları arasında (p=0,146) hemşirelikte uzmanlaşmaya yönelik tutum ölçeği puanı bakımından anlamlı fark olmadığı bulunmuşken; mesleğini isteyerek seçme durumları arasında farklılık göstermektedir(p=0,863). Araştırmanın sonucunda hemşirelikte uzmanlaşma ile mesleğe bağlılık arasında aynı yönde anlamlı ilişki olduğu görülmüştür. dc.description.abstractAim: This study was conducted to examine the relationship between specialization in nursing and professional commitment. Method: The population of the descriptive study consisted of 238 nurses working in Düzce University Health Practice and Research Center. No sample selection was made in the study, and all nurses who volunteered to participate were included in the study. In the study, "G. Power-3.1.9.2" program was used and calculated at 95% confidence level. The data of the study were collected using the Personal Information Form, Attitude Towards Specialization in Nursing Scale and Nursing Professional Commitment Scale. The data were collected between March 18, 2024 and May 31, 2024. In the analysis of the data, number, percentage, mean, standard deviation, median from descriptive statistics; t-test, One-Way Analysis of Variance for variables that meet parametric test assumptions; Mann Whitney-U test, Kruskall Wallis H test from non-parametric tests; Correlation analysis and Structural Equation Modeling were used to test the relationships between variables. Descriptive statistics of all data in the study were calculated. 76.5% of the participants were women and 23.5% were men, and no significant difference was found between genders in terms of professional commitment. It was determined that the attitude towards specialization in nursing scale score showed a significant difference between the educational levels (p<0.001). While it was found that there was no significant difference between the clinics worked in (p=0.222) and years of working experience (p=0.146) in terms of the attitude scale score towards specialization in nursing, there was a difference between the status of choosing the profession willingly (p=0.863). As a result of the study, it was seen that there was a significant relationship between specialization in nursing and professional commitment in the same direction.en_US
