Özet
Bu araştırmanın amacı, sağlık kurumlarında bilişim liderliğinin örgütsel çeviklik üzerindeki etkisini yapısal eşitlik modeli kullanarak incelemektir. Araştırmanın evrenini, Nisan-Mayıs 2025 döneminde İstanbul'da faaliyet gösteren ve uluslararası kalite akreditasyonuna sahip zincir hastanelerde çalışan sağlık profesyonelleri oluşturmaktadır. Örneklem grubunu ise kolayda örnekleme yöntemiyle seçilen 400 sağlık çalışanı oluşturmuştur. Veriler, yüz yüze anket yöntemiyle toplanmıştır. Araştırmada, bilişim liderliğinin örgütsel çevikliğe olan etkisini analiz etmek amacıyla yol (path) analizi gerçekleştirilmiştir
The purpose of this research is to examine the impact of information technology leadership on organizational agility in healthcare institutions using a structural equation model. The population of the research consists of healthcare professionals working in chain hospitals operating in Istanbul during the April-May 2025 period and having international quality accreditation. The sample group consisted of 400 healthcare workers selected through convenience sampling method. Data were collected through face-to-face survey method. In the research, path analysis was conducted to analyze the effect of information technology leadership on organizational agility.
