dc.description.abstractDüzce il merkezinin yaklaşık 8 km kuzeyinde tarihi Konuralp kasabası yer almaktadır. Tarihte önemli bir yerleşim bölgesi olan ve tarihi zenginliğiyle bilinen Konuralp içerisinde tarihi su kemerleri, antik tiyatro, köprü ve surlarla birlikte geleneksel evlerde yer almaktadır. Araştırma kapsamında, Konuralp 'in geleneksel mahallelerinden özgün mimari özelliklerini korumuş on yapı seçilmiştir. Seçilen bu evlerden kapı ve pencerelerin modelleri, oluşturuduğu boşlukları, bozulma ve korunma durumları ve açılış yönleri analizi yapılmıştır. Yapıların konum bilgileri ve fotoğrafları, her bir yapının ayırt edici özellikleri kapsamlı envanter çalışmaları yoluyla belgelenmiştir. Çalışmanın sonuçları, geleneksel Türk evlerine ait kapı ve pencerelerin yapısal ve estetik niteliklerini ortaya koymuştur. Bu çalışma, bölgedeki geleneksel mimari mirasın korunmasına katkıda bulunmayı amaçlamaktadır. Ayrıca, bu kapı ve pencerelerin yapım tekniklerini ve benzersiz özelliklerini gelecek nesillere aktarmak için uygun koruma stratejilerinin geliştirilmesi gerektiğini düşünülmektedir. Bu çalışma, Konuralp bölgesindeki geleneksel yapıların kapı ve pencere elemanlarının belgelenmesi ve korunması için bir kaynak görevi görecek ve benzer araştırma çalışmalarında referans olarak kullanılabilecek bilimsel bir temel sağlayacaktır.en_US
dc.description.abstractThe historical town of Konuralp is located approximately 8 km north of the city center of Düzce. There are traditional houses along with historical aqueducts, ancient theatres, bridges and walls in Konuralp, which is an important settlement area in history and known for its historical richness. Within the scope of the research, ten buildings that preserved their original architectural features were selected from the traditional neighborhoods of Konuralp. Models of doors and windows from these selected houses, the gaps they create, their state of deterioration and preservation, and their opening directions were analyzed. The location information and photographs of the buildings and the distinctive features of each building were documented through comprehensive inventory studies. The results of the study revealed the structural and aesthetic qualities of doors and windows of traditional Turkish houses. This study aims to contribute to the preservation of the traditional architectural heritage in the region. In addition, it is thought that appropriate conservation strategies should be developed to transfer the construction techniques and unique features of these doors and windows to future generations. This study will serve as a resource for the documentation and preservation of door and window elements of traditional buildings in the Konuralp region and will provide a scientific basis that can be used as a reference in similar research studies.en_US
