Özet
İnsanların yaşamlarının kolaylaşmasında önemli bir yere sahip olan bilgi teknolojileri, internet kullanımına duyulan ihtiyacı arttırmıştır. İnternet ile bu teknolojiler zaman, maliyet, işgücü gibi farklı alanlarda kolaylıklar sağlamıştır. Endüstri 3.0 ile başlayan teknoloji süreci, Endüstri 4.0 ile akıllı teknolojilere zemin hazırlamıştır. Nesnelerin İnterneti ile milyarlarca cihazın uyum içerisinde çalışması mümkün hale gelmiştir. İnternet kullanıcılarının sayısındaki artış, internet kullanımından kaynaklanan güvenlik sorunlarını beraberinde getirmiştir. Akıllı teknolojiler ile sürekli yenilenen ve döngü halinde tekrarlanan güvenlik sorunları, dikkat çekici bir boyuta ulaşmıştır. Gerçekleşen sorunlar nedeniyle ülkemiz Türkiye Cumhuriyeti ve diğer devletler de önlemlerini almıştır. Bilgi Teknolojileri ve İletişim Kurumu, Cumhurbaşkanlığı Dijital Dönüşüm Ofisi, Türkiye Bilimsel ve Teknolojik Araştırma Kurumu gibi ülkemiz devlet kurumlarının ya da küresel ölçekte yer alan Birleşmiş Milletler, Kuzey Atlantik Antlaşması Örgütü gibi uluslararası kuruluşların da yaşanan teknoloji süreci içerisinde, siber güvenliği azami düzeyde önemsediği görülmektedir. Bilgisayar kullanan kişi sayısının, küresel ölçekte artması nedeni ile hem sistem yöneticileri hem de kişisel kullanıcılar için antivirüs yazılımlarına duyulan ihtiyaç da her geçen gün artış göstermektedir. Günümüzde virüslerin, cihazlara zarar veren etkilerinin önlenmesinde antivirüs yazılımlarından yararlanılmaktadır. Antivirüs yazılımları kendi aralarında farklılık gösterdiğinden dolayı antivirüs yazılımı seçim problemi ortaya çıkmıştır. Bu tez çalışmasında, bilgisayar kullanıcıları tarafından çok tercih edilen 5 farklı antivirüs yazılımı belirlenen kriterlere göre karşılaştırılmıştır. Kriterlerin belirlenmesinde ve karşılaştırılmasında 3 kişilik uzman bir ekipten alınan görüşlere başvurulmuştur. Ele alınan antivirüs yazılımı seçim problemi için Bulanık Analitik Hiyerarşi Süreci yönteminin, Mertebe Analiz Tekniği yaklaşımı kullanılarak uygun antivirüs yazılımı seçilmesine çalışılmıştır. Information technologies, which have an important place in making people's lives easier, have increased the need for internet use. The Internet and these technologies have provided convenience in different areas such as time, cost and labor. The technology process that started with Industry 3.0 paved the way for smart technologies with Industry 4.0. With the Internet of Things, it has become possible for billions of devices to work in harmony. The increase in the number of internet users has brought security problems arising from internet use. Security problems, which are constantly renewed and repeated in cycles with smart technologies, have reached a remarkable level. Due to the problems that have occurred, our country, the Republic of Turkey and other states have taken precautions. It has been observed that our country's government institutions such as the Information Technologies and Communications Authority, the Presidential Digital Transformation Office, the Scientific and Technological Research Council of Turkey, or international organizations on a global scale such as the United Nations and the North Atlantic Treaty Organization, attach utmost importance to cyber security during the technological process. As the number of people using computers increases on a global scale, the need for antivirus software for both system administrators and personal users has increased day by day. Today, antivirus software has been used to prevent the damaging effects of viruses on devices. Since antivirus software differs among themselves, the problem of choosing antivirus software has arisen. In this thesis study, 5 different antivirus software, which are preferred by computer users, were compared according to the determined criteria. Opinions from a team of 3 experts were consulted in determining and comparing the criteria. For the antivirus software selection problem considered, an attempt was made to select the appropriate antivirus software by using the Fuzzy Analytical Hierarchy Process method and the Rank Analysis Technique approach.
