dc.description.abstractDiscourse markers are the field of linguistics that shape the direction of speech in both written and spoken language; and affect the organization and interpretation of speech on both a local and general level. These linguistic tools, which are referred to as discourse markers, prepositions and clitics in Turkic literature, are closely related to semantics and pragmatics. It affects the direction of communication based on the context of the text. How meaning is constructed and conveyed in daily life is understood through discourse markers. Interjections, which make a sentence effective and functional in terms of providing one or more sentences with a single word, are also one of the discourse markers. Interjections as discourse markers have been witnessed since the old Turkic written sources. The subject of this article is the discourse marker interjections in Divanü Lugâti’t Türk. The semantic and functional level of interjections is emphasized. Interjections as discourse markers have been evaluated under four main headings, and these have been discussed under subheadings within themselves. Emotional, cognitive, conative and phatic interjections were detected in Divanü Lugâti’t Türk through scanning. It was observed that the discourse marker interjections in the examples take part in the discourse and affect the direction of the speech; make the communication meaningful and effective; reflect the emotional states of the individuals, their cognitive interaction, their appeals to the listener and their expectations of action; and the situations of initiating, continuing and ending the communication. This article aims to make a diachronic contribution to the studies on discourse, which is a busy linguistic field in Turkic.
dc.description.abstractSöylem işaretleyicileri, hem yazılı hem sözlü dilde konuşmanın yönünü şekillendiren; hem yerel hem de genel bir düzlemde konuşmanın düzenlenmesini ve yorumlanmasına etki eden dilbilimin alanıdır. Türkçe alanyazında söylem belirteci, söylem belirleyicisi, ilgeç, pekiştirme ilgeci (klitik) gibi terimlerle karşılanan bu dilsel araçlar; anlambilim ve pragmatikle yakından ilişkilidir. Metnin bağlamından hareketle bildirişimin yönünü etkiler. Günlük yaşantıda anlamın nasıl inşa edildiği ve iletildiği söylem işaretleyicileri yoluyla anlaşılır. Bir veya birden fazla cümlenin tek bir sözcükle sağlanması bakımından cümleyi etkili ve işlevsel haline getiren ünlemler de söylem işaretleyicilerinden biridir. Eski Türkçe yazılı kaynaklarından itibaren söylem işaretleyicisi olarak ünlemlere tanık olunur. Bu makalenin konusu, Divânü Lugâti’t Türk’te yer alan söylem işaretleyicisi ünlemlerdir. Ünlemlerin anlamsal ve işlevsel düzlemi üzerinde durulmuştur. Söylem işaretleyicisi olarak ünlemler dört ana başlık altında değerlendirilmiş, bunlar da kendi içerisinde alt başlıklarda ele alınmıştır. Duygusal, bilişsel, konatif ve fatik ünlemler Divânü Lugâti’t Türk’te tarama yoluyla tespit edilmiştir. Örneklerde yer alan söylem işaretleyicisi ünlemlerin söylemde rol alarak konuşmanın yönünü etkilediği; iletişimi anlamlı ve etkili hâle getirdiği; kişilerin duygu durumlarını, bilişsel etkileşimini, dinleyiciye yönelik çağrılamaları ile eylem beklentilerini; iletişimi başlatma, sürdürme ve sona erdirme durumlarını yansıttığı görülmüştür. Bu makale ile Türkçenin işlek bir dilbilim alanı olan söylem üzerine yapılmış çalışmalara art zamanlı bir katkı sağlanması hedeflenmiştir.
