dc.description.abstractAraştırmanın amacı; Düzce Emniyet Müdürlüğü personelinin görüşlerine dayalı olarak materyalist eğilim, iş stresi, yönetici desteği ve iş-aile ile aile-iş çatışmalarının iş ve yaşam tatmini üzerindeki etkisini tespit etmektir. Araştırma evrenini Düzce Emniyet Müdürlüğünde yer alan merkezde 631, ilçelerde 208 olmak üzere toplam 839 çalışan oluşturmaktadır. Çalışmanın örneklemini ise evrende yer alan çalışanların 153'ü oluşturmaktadır. Veriler 18.07.2017-15.08.2017 tarihleri arasında toplanmıştır. Araştırmanın verileri Düzce Emniyet Müdürlüğü yetkililerinin, anketleri personeline ulaştırması ve dönüşleri alarak teslim etmesiyle elde edilmiştir. Araştırma sonuçlarına göre materyalist eğilimin, iş stresinin ve iş-aile ile aile-iş çatışmasının çalışanların iş ve yaşam tatminleri üzerinde istatistiksel olarak anlamlı bir etkisi bulunmamıştır. Yönetici desteğinin ise iş ve yaşam tatmini üzerinde pozitif yönlü bir etkisinin olduğu tespit edilmiştir.en_US
dc.description.abstractPurpose of the research, based on the opinions of Duzce Police Department personnel, it is aimed to determine the effect of materialist tendency, job stress, supervisor support, work-family and family-work conflicts on job and life satisfaction. The research population consists of a total of 839 Duzce Police Department employees, 631 working in the center and 208 in the districts. Data were collected between the dates 18.07.2017-15.08.2017. The sample of the study consists of 153 employees in the universe. The data of the study was obtained by the authorities of Düzce Police Department, delivering the surveys to their personnel and delivering them to by taking returns. According to the results of the study, materialist tendency, job stress and work-family and family-work conflict have no statistically significant effect on the job and life satisfaction of the employees. It has been found that supervisor support has a positive effect on job and life satisfaction.en_US
