dc.description.abstractYaşanılan mekanı anlamada oldukça önemli olan coğrafya, sadece bir ders olmaktan öte öğrencilerin sevdiği ve ilgi duyduğu bir alan olmalıdır. Bu çalışmanın amacı coğrafya içerikli ders alan lisans öğrencilerin bu derslere yönelik tutumlarını ortaya koymaktır. Yapılan bu araştırma tarama modeline göre yürütülmüştür. Araştırmanın çalışma grubunu 2017-2018 eğitim-öğretim yılında üniversitelerde ve çeşitli bölümlerde lisans düzeyinde öğrenim gören öğrencilerden random olarak seçilen 529 öğrenci oluşturmaktadır. Araştırma için çeşitli üniversitelerde lisans düzeyinde öğrenim gören öğrencilerin, coğrafya içerikli derslere yönelik tutumlarını ve görüşlerini belirlemek ve çeşitli değişkenler açısından incelemek amacıyla bir tutum ölçeği hazırlanmıştır. Bu ölçek Özgen ve diğ. (2009), Güven ve Uzman (2006), Uzunöz (2011), Gümüş ve Özüpekçe (2013) tarafından geliştirilen tutum ölçekleri incelenerek uyarlanmıştır. Öğrencilerin coğrafya içerikli derslerle ilişkin görüşleri genellikle “kararsızım” ve “katılıyorum” düzeyinde gerçekleşmiştir. Bu araştırmaya göre kız öğrencilerin erkek öğrencilere kıyasla coğrafya dersine yönelik tutumları daha olumlu çıkmıştır. 3. ve 4. sınıf lisans öğrencilerinin coğrafya derslerine yönelik tutumları daha yüksek düzeyde çıkmıştır. Öğrencilerin tutum puanlarının mezuniyet alanlarına göre anlamlı düzeyde farklılaşmamıştır ancak sayısal alan mezunu öğrencilerin tutum ortalaması daha yüksek çıkmıştır. Öğrencilerin tutum puanlarının okul türlerine göre anlamlı şekilde farklılaşmadığı ancak Anadolu Lisesi mezunlarının tutum puanlarının daha yüksek çıktığı tespit edilmiştir. Ayrıca öğrenci tutumlarının okunmakta olunan bölümlere göre anlamlı düzeyde farklılaştığı ve bu farklılığın sınıf öğretmenliği bölümü öğrencileri lehine olduğu görülmüştür.en_US
dc.description.abstractGeography, which is very important in understanding the place lived, should be an area that students are interested and like rather than just a lesson. The aim of this study is to reveal the attitudes of the undergraduate students taking geography. This research was carried out according to the scanning model. 529 students randomly selected from undergraduate students in universities and various departments during the academic year 2017-2018 compose the study group. For the research, an attitude scale was prepared in order to determine the attitudes and opinions of the undergraduate students at various universities for geography-related lectures and to examine them in terms of various variables. This scale was measured by Özgen et al. (2009), Güven and Uzman (2006), Uzunöz (2011), Gümüş and Özüpekçe (2013). The views of students on geography-related lectures are generally “ I disagree” and “ I agree”. According to this research, female students' attitudes towards geography lecture have been more positive than male students. The attitudes of 3rd and 4th year undergraduate students towards geography lectures have been higher. The attitude scores of the students did not differ significantly from the graduation areas, but the attitude average of the students who graduated from numerical field has been higher. It was determined that the attitude scores of the students did not differ significantly according to the school types but the attitude scores of the high school graduates were higher. In addition, it was observed that student attitudes differed significantly compared to the departments that were being read and this difference was in favor of students in the classroom teaching department.en_US
