dc.description.abstractBu araştırmada, kişilik özelliklerinden olan içsel motivasyon, özyeterlilik ve benlik saygısının Beş Büyük veHEXACO’da yer alan deneyime açıklık ile ilişkisi incelenmiştir. Yapılan analiz sonucunda içsel motivasyon,özyeterlilik ve benlik saygısı ile deneyime açıklık arasındaki ilişkinin .20 üzerinde olduğu saptanmıştır. Alanyazısında bireylerin bahsedilen benlik faktörlerinin değerleri arttıkça deneyime açıklık değerinin de arttığıgörülmüştür. Bu araştırmada, deneyime açıklık ile benlik faktörleri arasındaki ilişki sistematik derleme/metaanaliz yoluyla analiz edilmiştir. Analiz sonucunda, benlik faktörleri ile deneyime açıklık arasında pozitif ilişkigörülmüştür. Bununla birlikte, yapılan diğer araştırmaların birbiriyle uyumlu olduğu saptanmıştır. Gelecekçalışma olasılıkları ve bu çalışmanın sınırlılıkları tartışılmıştır.en_US
dc.description.abstractIn this study, the relationship between the intrinsic motivation, self-efficacy and self-esteem, which constitute the personality character and the openness to the experience in the Big Five and HEXACO is examined. As a result of the study, it was determined that the relationship between intrinsic motivation, self-efficacy and self-esteem and openness to experience was over .20. It was seen in related field that the openness to the experience increased as the mentioned personality factors increased. The relationship between openness to experience and personality factors was investigated through systematic review/meta-analysis. At the end of the study, the studies found a positive relationship between personality factors and openness to experience. Together this, the studies were found to be compatible with each other. Future study possibilities and limitations of this study are discussed.en_US
