dc.description.abstractTezimizde, XVI. yüzyılda yaşamış en tanınmış astronomi bilginlerinden Mustafa b.Ali er-Rûmî el-Muvakkit'in (ö.979/1571) Risâle-i Usturlâb-ı Selîmî adlı eserinin 1a-46b varakları incelenmiştir. Eserin bu bölümlerinin çeviri yazı aktarımı yapılmış ve iki nüsha arasındaki farklılıklar ve eksiklikler gösterilerek karşılaştırılmıştır. Eser imlâ, ses ve şekil bilgisi bakımından incelenmiştir. Çalışmamız; Giriş, İnceleme, Nüsha Karşılaştırması, Dizin ve Tıpkıbasım olmak üzere beş bölümden oluşmaktadır. Giriş bölümünde; İslam coğrafyasında ve Osmanlı'da astronomi biliminin gelişim süreci, muvakkithaneler, usturlap, eserin adı ve yazarı, önemi, bölümleri, eserin tespit edilen nüshaları hakkında bilgi verilmiştir. İnceleme bölümünde metnin ses ve şekil bilgisi özellikleri değerlendirilmiştir. Nüsha karşılaştırması bölümünde eser, sayfa numaraları verilerek çeviri yazıya aktarılmış ve iki nüsha arasındaki farklılıklar ve nüshalar arasındaki eksiklikler gösterilerek, iki nüshanın karşılaştırılması yapılmıştır. Bu karşılaştırılma da dipnotlar ile gösterilmiştir. Dizin bölümünde kelimeler alfabetik sıraya göre dizilmiştir. Çalışmanın sonunda da iki eserin tıpkıbasımı verilmiştir.en_US
dc.description.abstractIn our thesis, the pages 1a- 46b of the book Risâle-i Usturlâb-ı Selîmî by Mustafa b. Ali er-Rûmî el-Muvakkit (d.979 / 1571) one of the best-known astronomy scholars who lived in the 16th century, were examined. A Chapter of this study was transcribed and compared by showing the differences and deficiencies between the two copies. Work was examined in terms of spelling features, phonology and morphology. Our study consists of five chapter that input, review, comparıson, ındex and facsımıle. In introduction the information about category of the work, development process of the astronomy science in the Islamic world and the Ottoman Empire, the clock towers, astrolabe, the title of the work the author, the importance of the work, the sections and the recorded copies of the work. In the review section, the phonology and morphology were evaluated. In text section, the manuscrript's page numbers along with the transcription of the text is provided and a comparison between the two copies was made showing the differences and the deficiencies of the document. This comparison is also shown in footnotes. In index section the words of the document are put in alphabetical order. At the end of the study, facsimile of the two work is given.en_US
