dc.description.abstractBu araştırmanın amacı, iş dünyasının faaliyet ve yatırımlarında aktif bir rol oynayan sivil toplum kuruluşlarından iş örgütlerinin iş ahlakı konusuna ilişkin yaklaşım ve uygulamalarını değerlendirmektir. Çalışmanın yöntemi nitel araştırma tasarımlarından örnek olay yöntemine dayanmaktadır. Çalışma kapsamında Türkiye’deki büyük ölçekli bir iş örgütlenmesi olan Türkiye İşadamları ve Sanayicileri Konfederasyonu (TUSKON) örnek birim olarak seçilmiştir. Çalışmada veri toplama aracı olarak doküman incelemesi tekniği tercih edilmiştir. Doküman incelemesi kapsamında araştırmanın verileri kuruluşun web sitesinde yayınladığı bilgiler, yayınladığı raporlar ve üst kademe yöneticilerinin basına verdiği demeçler ve kuruluşla ilgili yapılan basın haberlerine ulaşılarak elde edilmiş ve içerik analizine tabi tutulmuştur. Çalışma sonucunda kuruluşun iş ahlakı konusuna yönelik yaklaşımı 8 boyutta ele alınmıştır. Ulaşılan bulgular kuruluşun uluslararası rekabet, küreselleşme ve ekonomik kalkınma boyutlarında aktif bir süreç izlediğini göstermiştir. Bu bulgular, kuruluşun serbest pazar ekonomisi ve tam rekabet piyasasının ekonomik hayatın düzenleyici unsurları olduğunu benimsediğini göstermektedir. Ulaşılan sonuçlar, iş örgütünün her alanda özellikle dış ticaret ve ihracatın önemine dikkat çektiğini göstermiştir
dc.description.abstractThe purpose of this research is to examine the approaches of business organizations to business moral as they are Non-Governmental Organizations and have an active role in investments and operations of business world. The method of the study is based on case study in the context of qualitative research methods. In the context of the study the Turkish Confederation of Businessmen and Industrialists (TUSKON) that is a large business organization is selected as the example of analyze unit. Document analyze technique was preferred to collect data in the study. In this context, data that was put on web page of the organization, its published reports, the speeches of top management and news that published in local and foreign media were collected and content analyze conducted to them. At the end of the study the approach of the organization to Business Moral has been handled in 8 dimensions. The reached findings indicated that the organization has an active role in international competition, globalization and economic reconstruction. These findings, indicates that the organization internalized the conditions of free market economy and perfect competition that are the regulator of economic life. In this point conclusions show that the organization takes the attention to external commerce and export in every area
