Özet
Mobil uygulamalar, dijital dönüşümün temel taşlarından biri haline gelmiş ve hayatımızın her alanına entegre olmuştur. Bu uygulamalar, iş yükünü hafifleten, eğlenceli ve verimli bir şekilde zaman geçirmemize olanak sağlayan araçlar olarak karşımıza çıkmaktadır. Mobil sağlık uygulamaları, her yaşa ve ihtiyaca göre geliştirilmekte olup, tüm alanlarda olduğu gibi sağlık sektöründe de önemli bir yer tutmaktadır. Bu tez çalışmasında, riskli gebelik yönetiminde akıllı mobil sağlık hizmetlerinin uygulanması ve hasta memnuniyeti ile ilişkisi incelenmiştir. Bu çalışma, Araştırma, Düzce ilinde yaşayan, yüksek riskli gebelik tanısı almış ve gebelik sürecinde Gebe Takip Mobil Uygulamasını aktif olarak kullanmış bireylerle yürütülmüştür. Nicel araştırma yöntemlerinden ilişkisel araştırma yönteminin kullanıldığı bu araştırmada veriler, anket formu aracılığıyla toplanmış ve elde edilen bulgular SPSS programı ile analiz edilmiştir. Bu kapsamda 275 kişiden anket tekniği ile veriler elde edilmiştir. Elde edilen verilere frekans, faktör, normallik testi, korelasyon, regresyon ve farklılık analizleri uygulanmıştır. Yapılan analizler sonucunda, akıllı mobil sağlık uygulama teknolojisi ile ilgili üç boyut (algılanan kolaylık, algılanan yeri doldurulmazlık ve algılanan güvenilirlik) ve müşteri memnuniyeti ile ilgili bir boyut ortaya çıkmıştır. Riskli gebelik yönetiminde akıllı mobil sağlık hizmetleri uygulanması ile hasta memnuniyeti arasındaki ilişkiyi incelemek için yapılan korelasyon analizi sonuçlarına göre Akıllı mobil sağlık uygulama teknoloji ölçeğinin alt boyutları olan algılanan kolaylığın, hasta memnuniyeti arasında orta düzeyde pozitif anlamlı korelasyon olduğu görülmüştür. Riskli gebelik yönetiminde akıllı mobil sağlık hizmetleri uygulanmasının hasta memnuniyeti üzerine etkisini incelemek üzere çoklu regresyon analizleri yapılmıştır. Yapılan analiz sonucunda akıllı mobil sağlık hizmetleri uygulanması boyutlarından algılanan kolaylık, algılanan yeri doldurulmazlık, algılanan güvenilirlik faktörlerinin hasta memnuniyetini pozitif etkilediği ortaya çıkmıştır. Bu çalışma, mobil sağlık uygulamalarının gebelik takibi açısından önemli bir araç haline geldiğini ve özellikle riskli gebeliklerde kullanımının, anne ve bebek sağlığının izlenmesine katkı sağladığını ortaya koymaktadır. Mobile applications have become one of the cornerstones of digital transformation and have integrated into every aspect of our lives. These applications serve as tools that reduce workload and allow us to spend time in an enjoyable and efficient way. Mobile health applications are developed for all ages and needs and hold an important place in the healthcare sector, as in all other fields. This thesis study examines the implementation of smart mobile health services in the management of high-risk pregnancies and their relationship with patient satisfaction. The research was conducted with individuals diagnosed with high-risk pregnancy living in Düzce and actively using the Pregnancy Tracking Mobile Application during their pregnancy. In this relational study, one of the quantitative research methods, data were collected through a survey and analyzed using the SPSS software. Data were obtained from 275 participants using the survey technique. Frequency, factor, normality tests, correlation, regression, and difference analyses were applied to the obtained data. As a result of the analyses, three dimensions related to smart mobile health application technology emerged (perceived ease of use, perceived indispensability, and perceived reliability) along with one dimension related to customer satisfaction. According to the correlation analysis conducted to examine the relationship between the implementation of smart mobile health services in high-risk pregnancy management and patient satisfaction, there was a moderate positive significant correlation between the perceived ease of use, a sub-dimension of the smart mobile health application technology scale, and patient satisfaction. Multiple regression analyses were performed to investigate the effect of the implementation of smart mobile health services on patient satisfaction in high-risk pregnancy management. The analysis results showed that the factors of perceived ease of use, perceived indispensability, and perceived reliability positively influenced patient satisfaction. This study reveals that mobile health applications have become an important tool for pregnancy follow-up and that their use, especially in high-risk pregnancies, contributes to monitoring the health of both mother and baby. Additionally, it was found that users have high levels of technology acceptance and satisfaction.
