| dc.description.abstract | With increasing cesarean rate in the whole world, even in the areas which has the lowest cesarean rate, our country hasbeen influenced dramatically and the rate of operative delivery has been increased very fast. At some hospitals, operativedelivery rate is announced as 100%. Naturally the basic question for this common operation is the way of the anesthesia.We aimed to compare these two ways of anesthesia with current literature. | |
| dc.description.abstract | T uuml;m d uuml;nyada artan sezaryen hızından uuml;lkemiz de etkilenmiş, sezaryen oranları en d uuml;ş uuml;k olan b ouml;lgelerde bile hızla artış g ouml;stermiştir. Kimi hastanelerde %100 rsquo;e varan sezaryen oranları sezaryeni en yaygın operasyonlardan biri haline getirmiştir. Doğal olarak bu kadar sık yapılan bir operasyonla ilişkili en sık sorulan soru da anestezi şeklinin fetomaternalmortalite ve morbiditeye olan etkisidir.
