dc.description.abstractBu çalışma hemşirelerde psikolojik dayanıklılık, depresyon ve algılanan stres arasındaki ilişkiyi ve ilişki düzeyini belirlemek amacıyla kesitsel olarak yapılmıştır. Araştırma grubunu, Düzce Üniversitesi Araştırma ve Uygulama Hastanesi?nde çalışan 153 (136 K, 17 E) hemşireden oluşturmaktadır. Araştırmanın verileri, ?Pkolojik Dayanıklılık Ölçeği (PDÖ)?, ?Beck Depresyon Ölçeği (BDÖ)?, ?Algılanan Stres Ölçeği (ASÖ)? ve ?Kişisel Bilgi Formu?nun hemşirelere dağıtılıp, daha sonra bunların toplanmasıyla elde edilmiştir. Araştırma sonucunda hastaların %33.8?inde psikolojik dayanıklılık (PDÖ?120), %34.4?ünde depresyon (BDÖ?17) ve %98?inde algılanan stres (ASÖ?9) riskinin yüksek olduğu belirlenmiştir. Psikolojik dayanıklılık ile depresyon ve algılanan stres arasındaki ilişki incelendiğinde; depresyon ile PDÖ ve algılanan stres ile PDÖ arasında negatif yönlü anlamlı bir ilişki, depresyon ile algılan stres arasında ise pozitif yönlü anlamlı bir ilişki olduğu saptanmıştır (p değerleri<0.0001). Mesleğini seven hemşirelerin, sorumlu hemşire ile ilişkisi iyi olanların, bir vardiyada en fazla 9 hasta bakanların, kronik bir hastalığı olmayanların ve son bir yıl içinde depresyon varlığı olmayanların PDÖ puanlarının anlamlı düzeyde yüksek olduğu saptanmıştır. Ayrıca, boşanmış/dul bireylerin, acil serviste çalışan hemşirelerin, mesleğini severek yapmayanların, nöbet listesinden memnun olmayanların, sorumlu hemşire ile ilişki düzeyleri fena değil ya da kötü olanların, kronik hastalıklara sahip olanların ve depresyonunun hala devam ettiğini söyleyen hemşirelerin BDÖ puanları anlamlı düzeyde yüksek bulunmuştur. Sorumlu hemşire ile ilişkisi fena değil ya da kötü olanların, nöbet listesinden memnun olmayanların, bir vardiyada 21-30 hasta bakan ve son bir yıl içinde depresyon durumunun varlığının devam ettiğini söyleyen hemşirelerin algıladıkları stresin daha yüksek olduğu saptanmıştır. Araştırmadan elde edilen bulgular doğrultusunda önerilerde bulunulmuştur.en_US
dc.description.abstractThis research is made sectional for the determination of the relation and the level of the relation between psychological durability, depression and perceived stress for the nurses. Research group is formed by the 153 (136 female, 17 male) nurses occupying at Research and Application Hospital of Duzce University. Research data are obtained by applying the ?Psychological Durability Scale (PDS)?, Beck Depression Scale (BDS)?, ?Perceived Stress Scale PSS)? and ?Personal Information Form? to the nurses. At the end of the research, it is found that the patients have got high risk at psychological durability with 33.8% ratio (PDS?120), depression 34.4% ratio (BDS?17) and perceived stress with 98% ratio (PSS?9). Investigating the relation between psychological durability, depression and perceived stress, a significant relation in the negative direction is determined between the depression ? PDS, and stress ? PDS, though a significant relation in the positive direction is determined between the depression and perceived stress (p values <0.0001). It is found that the PDS scores are significantly high for the nurses who love their jobs, have good relations with the coordinator nurses, at most responsible for the 9 patients per one shift, have no chronic illnesses and have no depression in the last one year. However the BDS scores are found significantly high for the nurses who are divorced, working in the emergency services, do not love their jobs, are not pleasant with the roster list, have not good or bad relationships with the coordinator nurses, have chronic illnesses, and say that they still have depression. Also the perceived stress is determined high for the nurses who have not good or bad relationships with the coordinator nurses, are not pleasant with the roster list, are looking after 21-30 patients per one shift, and say that they still have depression. The suggestions are made through the findings obtained by the research.en_US
