dc.description.abstractDünyada öğretim biçimini yüz yüzeden uzaktan eğitime geçmeye zorlayan COVID 19 Pandemi döneminde milyonlarca öğretmenin öğretmenlik yaparken dijital teknoloji araçlarının kullanımı, ders düzenini sağlama, öğrencilerle yeterli ve etkili iletişim kurabilme ve onları yönetebilme gibi yeterliliklere sahip olması gerekmekteydi. Bu araştırmanın amacı COVID 19 döneminde Türkiye'de ve Dünya'da çevrim içi öğretmenlik yapan öğretmenlerin çevrim içi öğretmenlik yeterliliklerine ne düzeyde önem verdiğini ve bu yeterliliklere ne düzeyde sahip olduğunu incelemektir. Araştırmada ayrıca çevrim içi öğretmenlik yeterlilik düzeylerinin demografik faktörlere göre değişip değişmediğine de bakılmıştır. Araştırmada betimsel tarama yöntemi kullanılmıştır. Veri toplamak amacıyla araştırmacı tarafından geliştirilen çevrim içi Türkçe ve İngilizce anketten araştırmada yararlanılmıştır. Araştırmaya Türkiye ve Dünya'dan toplamda 606 öğretmen katılmıştır. Araştırmanın sonucunda öğretmenlerin çevrimiçi öğretmenlik yeterliliklerine büyük ölçüde önem verdikleri ve bu yeter lilikleri genellikle yerine getirdikleri bulunmuştur. Ankete katılan öğretmenlerin çevrimiçi öğretmenlik yeterliliklerine önem verme ve bu yeterliliklere sahip olma düzeylerinde cinsiyete, yaşa, okul türüne, bitirilen dereceye göre bir farklılık olmadığı görülmüştür. Ancak çevrim içi öğretmenlik yeterliliklerine önem verme ve bu yeterliliklere sahip olma düzeyinde kıtalara, öğretmenlik tecrübesine ve okul kademesine göre anlamlı farklılıklar elde edilmiştir.en_US
dc.description.abstractMillions of teachers needed to have competencies about how they would use digital technological tools, conduct a course design, communicate sufficiently and efficiently with students and manage them in COVID 19 Pandemic urging instruction modes from face to face to distance in the world. The goal of this study was to examine the extent to what online teachers in both Turkey and the world gave importance to online teaching competencies and the extent to what they had these competencies in COVID 19 process. Furthermore, it was researched whether online teaching competencies' levels changed according to demographic information. Descriptive survey design was used in this study. Online Turkish and English questionnaire developed by the researcher was utilized to get data in the study. The participants of the study consisted of a total of 606 teachers from Turkey and the world. According to the results of this study, it was found that teachers gave higly importance to online teaching competencies and teachers generally conducted these competencies. It was understood that teachers' level of giving importance to online teaching competencies and having these competences didn't become different in demographic information like gender, age, school sector, completed degree. Conversely, it was attained that teachers' level of giving importance to online teaching competencies and having these competencies had significantly differences in demographic information such as continent, teacher's seniority, school type.en_US
