dc.description.abstractBu çalışmanın amacı, Türkiye genelinde yatırım faaliyetlerinde bulunan bireysel yatırımcıların Davranışsal Finans kapsamında göstermiş oldukları yatırımcı eğilimlerinin Beş Faktör Kişilik Tipleri ile ilişkili olup olmadığını incelemek ve hangi kişilik tipine sahip bireylerin nasıl bir yatırımcı eğilimi gösterdiğini irdelemektir. Araştırmanın evreni Türkiye genelinde yer alan bireysel yatırımcılardan oluşmaktadır. Araştırmada kartopu örneklem yöntemi kullanılmış ve anket tekniği ile veriler elde edilmiştir. Araştırmada elde edilen verilere göre Türkiye genelindeki yatırımcıların büyük çoğunluğunun dışadönüklük, uyumluluk, sorumluluk sahibi, duygusal dengeli ve gelişime açık kişilik özelliklerini taşıdıkları görülmektedir. Bu yatırımcıların kişilik özelliklerinin yatırımcı eğilimlerinden kendini kandırma eğilimi, bilişsel eğilim, duygusal eğilim, sosyal eğilim, oto kontrol eksikliği eğilimi ve kayıptan kaçınma eğilimi üzerinde etkili oldukları görülmektedir. Yatırımcı eğilimlerine en yüksek düzeyden en düşük düzeye sahip olunan kişilik özellikleri sırasıyla uyumluluk gelişime açıklık, sorumluluk sahibi, dışa dönüklük ve duygusal dengeli olarak belirlenmiştir.en_US
dc.description.abstractThe aim of this study is to investigate whether or not the investors' trends shown by individual investors engaging in the investment activities throughout Turkey under Behavioral Finance related to the Five-Factor-Personality-Types and is to analyze which investors' trends by individuals having different personalities are shown. Investors included in this study consist of individual investors throughout Turkey. The snowball sampling has been used for this study and data has been obtained by means of survey technic. According to the data given in this study, most of the investors in Turkey have personality traits such as extroversion, compatibility, responsible, emotional stable and open for improvement. The personality traits of these investors are effective on investors' trends such as self-deception trend, cognitive trend, emotional trend, social trend, absence of self-control and loss aversion. It has been determined that the effect level of personality traits on investors' trends from high to low are as follows; compatible, open for improvement, responsible, extroversion and emotional stable.en_US
