dc.description.abstractThe study examines the financial and human resources in the industrial sectors of the industrialized countries (Germany, China, Ireland, South Korea, America, Switzerland, Japan, Singapore and the Netherlands) that provide the highest efficiency, income and sustainability from financial and human capital. It is aimed to examine capital developments. For this purpose, firstly, the definition of financial and human capital, its economic effects, its importance in the industrial sector, and the financial and human capital policies and competitiveness of the industrialized countries implemented by the industrial sector were evaluated. In order to make a unique inference for this purpose and evaluation, another aim of the study was to investigate the effect of financial and human capital in the industrial sector of industrializing countries. In this regard, the aim was tested by panel data analysis covering the period 2005-2021. It was determined that the variables had different effects on a country basis, and human capital indicators were found to have a higher positive effect. © 2025 Elsevier B.V., All rights reserved.en_US
